Let me start by saying that the people that we personally

Let me start by saying that the people that we personally interacted with were wonderful. That said, words will never express the full disappointment in this vehicle. I was sold a vehicle that never should have passed inspection. It weas so badly damaged that could have gotten my wife and me killed on the way home. This is illegal, but good luck trying to get any agency to actually listen. Beyond that, we are now over $6,000 in repairs - little of which was covered in the expensive warrantee that we were sold. We had to take out a loan just so the vehicle would pass inspection. The dealership could not care any less about us since we purchased the vehicle, and being that PA is a "buyer beware" state when it comes to used vehicles, they know that they don't have to. Regarding the dealership and/or its service department, they are either completely incompetent or intentionally unethical. There is not other option. Advice - Gather all the pictures and information about the vehicle you are looking at, especially if you are looking at it online. CarVision removed several features from this vehicle after posting it online and on the day of purchase raised the price $1,000. TAKE SCREENSHOTS of everything! I have lodged complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and the state Attorney General. I know that little will come of it, but at least this information will be on record and might help someone else. BUYER BEWARE. If there was a lower rating than one star, CarVision would not have even earned that. CarVision's unscrupulous and unethical business practices will probably never be fully exposed.

Chris was such a kind soul when I walked in !

Chris was such a kind soul when I walked in ! He was right there to help me and I didn’t realize what I wanted but he was there to support me in making the right car choice !! Yesterday im come with my wife to that dealer and want to buy the car. They give me the saler name is brian. He very rude. I will told with he im just want test drive and want to buy the car today if the car is good. But he do amplication and tell me it is the frist step. Im do driver test the car and dont want it. He very rude, angry and leave to the home. He tell me the day is over. Im come 1 hours to the dealer and want to buy the car, but why they just very rude, angry, leave to the house?
