Ray Peters and team are great. I have had a tricky stalling problem for the past year. Ray the service rep could have changed multiple expensive parts. Although I did not have a quick turnaround on the truck and Instead of having a 2-3k bill, Ray and team being thorough identified a 150 part causing havoc on my motor. I was about ready to rip the engine and transmission out and start over. Thanks for taking the time to diagnose the problem correctly.

Purchased a used transit van with cash.
Purchased a used transit van with cash. Told me about 4/5 days for prep. 10 days later they delivered van and I had to pay for an Uber for the sales guy to get back.

i had to contact the supervisor when no one would pick up
i had to contact the supervisor when no one would pick up in service for 6 hrs straight. he told me I should have been calling a service advisor’s cell number to get through. he did help me get in the next day without an appt. also the job estimate was 200.00 but i eneded up paying over 1000.00. parts were less than 200.00 😳
