Gerald Waters was polite and extremely helpful . His service is rated 5 stars. Ray peters was rude to Gerald infront of customers and to us. The cashier at the service desk was also rude. She had an attitude and tossed the paperwork infront of me instead of sliding over.

I brought my vehicle to Mark Christopher with a difficult intermittent electrical problem. They ran my vehicle through a battery of tests and found a quick fix for it. Despite spending hours on diagnostics, they didn’t charge me at all. Absolutely exemplary treatment and commitment to customer service!
