Good Sales Person...
We worked with Mike Potenza to buy a used Ford Ranger. We looked at the truck, settled on a price and struck a deal rather easily. No pressure, no hassles. I’d recommend asking for Mike if you are looking at vehicles at Imperial Ford. He is very easy to work with, answered all our questions and has continued to help us out with some post purchase items that needed to be taken care of after the sale. He’s a pleasure to work with.

I’m a new customer of Imperial Cars-FORD as of February, 2018. Thanks to Thomas D’Andrea (Tom) in the sales department at Imperial FORD for his great customer service from the initial greeting at the door. As I’m a person who asks many questions, Tom was patient and was able to answer my questions. Communications via email and telephone with Tom were responded to in a timely manner. At each visit, to Imperial Ford I was treated as if I’d been a customer for years. Tom was very easy to speak with and I would definitely refer friends/co-workers to Imperial FORD and they should ask for Tom. A shout out also to Santos Cruzado in internet sales. He was my initial contact with Imperial FORD for setting up a test drive on a vehicle I saw online. Also kudos to Beth “The Registry Lady” :) and to T. Miller (I didn’t get her first name) for doing all the leg work with the registry, insurance agent, etc. (`sorry T. Miller about the Escape- you would have liked it too.) She’ll know what I mean :) Everyone was very helpful. Keep up the good work!!

Such a great experience!
I was in desperate need for a car, after my beloved "Alice" finally had her last mile, after I'd put 170,000 mi on her. I went in planning to lease, with no concerns about repairs and service and had a monthly payment target. After test driving a new Ford Focus hatchback and talking with Tom D'Andrea, my salesman and the sales manager they suggested a pre-owned. On the front line was a gorgeous 2014 Ford Focus Titanium, which hit all of my requirements (heated seats and sunroof) AND was fully loaded with additional bells and whistles. They moved quick with the help of Kim Jacques, Business manager to get my financing squared away, and advised me to purchase the extended 60/60 warrantee to keep the blues of repairs and service away. Such a great team, customer focused and professional in all aspects of my purchase! Thanks team !!! Well done!!

Great Service Experience
I've been coming to Imperial to service my Ford Fusion years ever since I purchased it 4 years ago. The team at Imperial Ford are professional, timely, and just all around a pleasure to work with. Most recently, I had to have a more expensive repair done. The team ultimately performed the work in less than anticipated time, and reduced my estimate significantly. I got the work done in half the time, with a lower cost. I was quite happy to say the least...Donnie at the service desk was absolutely fantastic! Thank you, I'll be coming back for all my service in the future!

As great an experience as buying a car can be!
Had a great experience with Scott B, the salesman and Mike P., the finance/warranty/closing guy. People were friendly when we arrived and were reasonable to deal with when talking money. They got all my insurance and registration/inspection dealt with for me. They were accommodating when I changed my mind about transferring plates vs getting new plates and were able to communicate with me via text while I was at work.
