Very happy with shopping experience at Imperial!!!

We will be coming back!!!

About 5 years ago my husband and I went to Imperial Chevy where we didn't have a great experience and ended up not purchasing a vehicle. We decided that we wanted to give Imperial another chance and boy are we glad we did. The experience that we had was wonderful, easy, and relaxing. This was all due to Ali K. and the service that he provided us with. He answered all of our questions honestly, and went out of his way to help with the requests that we had. We left Imperial feeling that we made the right choice of vehicle and dealership. At no point did Ali try to pressure us into a vehicles that we didn't want or a vehicle that was out of our budget. Ali was very down to earth and understanding of what we were looking for. Ali is the reason that we will return to Imperial for our next vehicle and recommend Imperial to our friends and Family. Ali, Thank You for your service we greatly appreciate you assistance and kindness in this process.

Great customer service

First of all, I received a friendly greeting from Don, which was much appreciated. I wasn't looking forward to having my car fixed but ended up being really happy that I brought it Ford. Don kept me updated on the progress, which not a lot a places do and the car was ready when he said it would be ready. I would recommend speaking to Don when having your car serviced at Ford.

2012 Ford Raptor purchase- Horrible Expierence

wanted to share by far the most frustrating car buying experience I have had in my 40years. There isn't enough space here to put down all the details but this should of been the easiest sale of the year. The customer service and response from Kim in the finance dept was awful, no call backs, bad responses when I did reach her. They could not accommodate a meeting before there team meeting, even though I was traveling 2hrs, at 9am. They couldnt FedEx me the documents that I needed to complete the sale to save me a needless trip. If you don't have the ability to complete transactions in an online sales environment please do not advertise online. Out of state customers and online vehicle purchasers beware, don't waist your time with companies that do not put the customers first. There are way to many other great dealers out there.

pleasant, helpful and sweet

while i find $200 for a light to highlight my license plate silly and ridiculous, i know it's not Frank Best who sets the price. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and overall kind, not stressed or wanting to push me out the door, which is something very important to me and says a lot about his character.
