Thanks Don!

Don took great care of me with my recent repair. My car wouldn't start and I had it towed to them, as it is under warranty. With little notice they had a rental for me and had me on my way. The repair was completed with good communication to me through the process and I was in my own car that night!

Very Satisfied Repeat Customer

I recently purchased a Ford Fusion from Imperial, which is the third car I have bought from this dealership. I have been going there for the past 8 years and have had the pleasure of doing business with Dave Bertulli as my salesperson. Dave is extremely knowledgeable with the inventory and listens carefully to what the customer is looking for and then makes his recommendations. Over the past 8 years I have purchased 2 used cars and one new one. The prices were fair and the cars have been reliable. I have also been extremely pleased with the Service Department.

Pleasant experience.

I had a flat tire and was worried that I was going to have to pay for a brand new tire. Don, assured me that if they could just patch the tire, that they would. I was so happy when he told me that they were able to patch it! I appreciated that Don did not try to sell me a brand new tire when it could easily be fixed. I appreciated the honesty. He was courteous and helpful. I would recommend people bring their car in for service at Imperial Ford.

My experience with purchase, trade-in and financing was excellent and Darren was very knowledgeable about trucks and made sure I got the right vehicle.

Great service

I had a great experience while having my car serviced. Don frequently came over to me to update me on the progress of my vehicle. I appreciated that. I also appreciated how friendly and courteous Don was. I would recommend Imperial Ford for service and I will be going back whenever my car needs repairs.

Let me start out by saying, I am a car guy and, generally: i am not the easiest customer to deal with. I know when someone is trying to slick taIk me and I can see a plastic smile a mile away. There was none of that here. The salesman Michael Potenza was an absolute breath of fresh air. I never got the feeling that I was being talked at. I felt like a valued customer instead of a commission figure. I was never rushed into any decision I was uncomfortable with. I have been to 5 different dealerships in the past month and Michael was easily the most helpful, honest, and genuine person I had dealt with. He made the experience an absolute pleasure. Mike... thank you. On to financing.... Kim is as real as they come. There isn't a lying bone in her body, as far as I could tell. Her direct and straightforward attitude lent themselves fantastically to her sense of humor. I don't think I have ever had such a good time while making such a weighted financial decision. I couldn't have asked for a better team at Imperial Ford. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Great service department

Always take my car here for service, all the associates are very polite, helpful and friendly, especially Frank Best. I would recommend anyone in the Mendon area to stop by Imperial for your car servicing needs!

Return customer

Great experience in 2013 and again in 2017. Maaz and Bob were professional and courteous and took the time to find what we wanted and worked to get the best price possible. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will do business with them again. They were fantastic and made purchasing a new truck an extremely pleasant experience. Thank you!

Never Fixed Issues - Waste of time

After purchasing a 2016 Ford Explorer from Imperial Chrysler I had multiple issues resulting in 3 returns to Chrysler and Ford service. 20 total days without my vehicle and the problem was never corrected and in fact there were even more issues such as the liftgate was totally shifted and not sealing...and after sending to the body shop to have that repaired, a door panel fell off my car while driving on 495. I will never do business with Imperial service or sales again. Totally turned what should have been a great experience and a loyal customer into a lost customer for Imperial and a new loyal customer at another local dealership....and I bought a brand new car there instead.

Pleasantly surprised

I noticed that my inspection sicker was expired, and was nervous that the Ford Dealership would not be able to take me at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised when Don, the service adviser, said he could fit me in. I was so happy because I didn't want to have to drive around for another day with an expired sticker. Don was great and I would highly recommend asking for him when bringing your car in for service. I will definitely be returning if I have any issues with my car in the future.
