Excellent Service
I had a great experience at the dealership today during a Check Engine Light service. My service adviser - Donald Hanscom - was very patient and courteous with me. I had a few questions and had to check on a few things before I could finish explaining my issues. He patiently took down all of my notes and gave me a complimentary coffee and muffin at the diner, which was great :) The work was done quickly and was a great overall experience. Thanks Don for the excellent service today!

Terrible communication! Tells you everything you want to hear an when you go to sign the papers be prepaired to put down more the what they told you ten min before! Completely sales orintated, nothing in your best interest!

The overall experience at Imperial was very good. I purchased a new F-150 EXT. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. My salesman Ali was very helpful and nice. We even got a free family lunch at the diner next door. I would highly recommend!
