Sales person was very helpful and did not push me to buy. He allowed me the time to evaluate between two models. When I picked up the car he spent uninterrupted time showing me all the aspects of what the car has to offer.

The rep that assisted me thst dah went above and beyond. I've been at the Peabody location for few years now and this is my first time feeling so welcome. The gentleman was sweet and nice. Answered all the questions I have about my vehicle and listened to my concern! I wish I can have him again next time I come in for service.

The car needed significant work. Some parts were not stock items. Thus the work had a delay. The service rep and manager worked very hard to expedite and segridate the repairs so that once the parts arrived ( a Monday) those could be finished and the car delivered ASAP.

They’re always polite & run on time. I live in Burlington but make the trip to Peabody for a less pretentious experience. I was happy that they had tires in stock so I didn’t have to reschedule. Working with Joe Faria as my service advisor I feel well taken care of and not taken advantage of.
