Jason was great. I was on crutches and from the test drive to looking at different options, he made everything super easy. He even noticed several small cosmeticrepairs on the car that we did not notice. The car was perfect when we picked it up.

Easy to deal with, professional, and courteous. They knew I was waiting locally for the service and communicated immediately as soon as the car was in need of a part, allowing me to rearrange my day.

This was a fantastic experience buying a Q3; Belo and Brendan were great to work with(painless). I will be looking for a new Q5 in the future and these will be the guys that I go with.

Dropped car off and was given a beautiful Q5 to drive for the weekend! The detailing of my car was spectacular! Rear brakes replaced. Raymond and team were very helpful

I brought my car for specific diagnostic service and after paying nearly $1000 for diagnostic service the report was limited to ?leaking oil? no specific values or detail. I was told by my advisor I would have the report emailed to me before picking up the car which never happened which meant that I couldn?t get all of my questions answered. There was also no update to the service history in MyAudi

Please Respond With: Mr. Matisoo, We are terribly sorry that you did not get the inspection report that you were told you'd receive. I found it and sent it over this afternoon. My advisors are instructed to send every quote that gets generated, and I'm sorry to say my advisor missed sending you yours. The My Audi app does take a couple days to populate your visit.
