Jason was great. I was on crutches and from the test drive to looking at different options, he made everything super easy. He even noticed several small cosmeticrepairs on the car that we did not notice. The car was perfect when we picked it up.

I brought my car for specific diagnostic service and after paying nearly $1000 for diagnostic service the report was limited to ?leaking oil? no specific values or detail. I was told by my advisor I would have the report emailed to me before picking up the car which never happened which meant that I couldn?t get all of my questions answered. There was also no update to the service history in MyAudi

Please Respond With: Mr. Matisoo, We are terribly sorry that you did not get the inspection report that you were told you'd receive. I found it and sent it over this afternoon. My advisors are instructed to send every quote that gets generated, and I'm sorry to say my advisor missed sending you yours. The My Audi app does take a couple days to populate your visit. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have regarding what we found from the work you did at the local repair shop in addition to what we found from overlooking the vehicle.
