I’ve consistently had a great experience working with Raymond in the Service Department at Audi Peabody. He is the main I continue to bring my car there for service. Raymond is always helpful, reliable, flexible, and understanding. Got a yearly maintenance and software update for my Q6 e-tron. It took longer than expected because of some technical issues with the car (Audi's fault, not this shop's) but the communication from Tyler was excellent throughout.
