They’re always polite & run on time. I live in Burlington but make the trip to Peabody for a less pretentious experience. I was happy that they had tires in stock so I didn’t have to reschedule. Working with Joe Faria as my service advisor I feel well taken care of and not taken advantage of.

Service here is professional with care and concern for your car as well as your personal wellbeing. They aim to please and do it well. Service advisors are amazing. We use Joe when he is available and he never disappoints!

Nice experience with the service department. Joe handled my repair professionally. They even got some compatible aftermarket parts when the Audi parts were back ordered.

I was quoted $375 to have my transmission serviced and was told that there would be an additional 15% discount for Saturday. I made an appointment for the following Saturday. When I brought the car in I was quoted $500-$600 for the service. When I complained, the service advisor looked at his computer and said the price I had been quoted was the price I would pay. The impression I got is that the service advisors are paid a percentage of charges above standard. Also when I picked up the car there were bird droppings on it that were there when I dropped it off which tells me that it wasn't washed very well.

My apologies for the pricing error. We did honor the price we quoted, and we gave you the 15%. The advisors do get paid a commission but they are transparent on what every vehicle needs. The vehicle was washed and wasn't picked up for 2 days so that is why there were bird droppings on your car. My apologies for not catching that when we brought the vehicle up to you. We would like to offer you a complimentary VIP detail on your next visit or whenever you have time to drop the vehicle off to us. Appointment was easy to reserve. Was met on arrival by service advisor Nicholas Petralia. I knew I would have a long wait as it was a service plus a repair ,but comfy area with tea coffee and snacks available.
