Been a customer for almost 13 years, have only serviced my Lexus thru Ira Lexus today didn?t have the best experience in the service department, I?m not pleased to come back, even with the long list of repairs needed, I?ll go whet I?ll feel respected and appreciated as a valued customer my family and I are, we have 3 Lexus and have only gone here to service all 3 vehicles. After today I?ll go elsewhere!!

Our salesman was patient with us .

Our salesman was patient with us . My husband ask many questions and he answered all of them. Our salesman also spent a good amount of time with us.

Just went in for yearly state inspection.

Just went in for yearly state inspection. Everyone here is great! You are greeted with kindness. Its always a great experience visiting the service center at Ira Lexus.

Love Mark and the rest of the team! They are all awesome, very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. I feel very well taken care of at IRA.

Excellent service personnel.

Excellent service personnel. Very nice waiting area with coffee, cold beverages and snacks. I have an extended service plan so the service visit did not cost me any additional money.
