Awesome Salesperson

If you want to buy a certified Toyota you should go to Team Toyota in Princeton and see Joe Rivetti. He really worked hard to get me the car I wanted and with no pressure. When I pulled up to the dealership's used car showroom and saw they had like 200 used cars Joe came up and introduced himself. I told him I went to his competition and they didn't have the car I wanted. He had what I was looking for and gave me more for my trade than the other place. I took the car home and Joe made everything so relaxing and easy. He already called to make sure I was happy. Thanks Joe!!!

Great experience

Not a lot to say: we bought a new car from this dealer (Shawn was the sales man who helped us to make the right selection); all straight forward, no pushy sales (despite the usual end of month pressure on sales teams; Shawn was great as he was 'listening and not only selling') and great after sales service (as we arrived from overseas a few days earlier and we did not have our social security number and only an international driver license at that point).

best dealership I ever bought my car from!!!!

I was looking for a car for my daughter and I decided to stop at team Princeton for a test drive, after I had bad experience else where. I knew I want the corolla or the camry for my daughter, I was really looking for a fair price and good treatment. Is that so hard to ask for? I hate all this haggling, I just wanted their best price up front. I went in and I was immediately greater by Abe my sales consultant. He patiently showed us the two car, went over the details and let us test drive both cars. After that when it came to price he was very fair. even though their was negotiation, but I guess that's part of the car business,he wasn't push nor acted in any way like a slimy sale man. Overall, I'm very happy with the way I was treated at team Princeton. I was very happy with Abe and the managers that helped me. I will definitely send many referral there.

Top notch customer service - Thrilled I walked in

I will be clear that from the start I was not even considering buying a Toyota. I wanted a Mazda CX-5 or a Ford Escape, the Rav4 wasn't even in the running. On a rainy night I decided to walk in on a whim, and my sales representative Abe quickly greeted me. Abe ran out in the pouring rain to pull up 3 different versions of the Rav4 for me and that was just the beginning of the highest level of great customer service I had seen at ANY dealership, and also showed Abe was just being a kind person in general which he very much is. That means SO MUCH to me as a buyer and his level of service was matched by every single person I have encountered at this dealership all the way from Abe, to Jeff, to Lou, to financial services up to leadership with Tom Muller. Not once did I feel pressured. Sure, they are making a sale and there was negotiating, but never anything that made me, as a young girl buying a car alone, EVER feel like I was not in good hands. Do yourself a favor, walk in and see it for yourself. I have had my Rav4 for almost 6 months now. The car has been so wonderful and I am so happy I walked in that night. Since I bought the car, my salesman Abe has checked in with me NUMEROUS times to see how I am doing and how it is going with my car. The service center at the dealership is wonderful. Again, I am still in good hands. This is a well run business and a great place to purchase a vehicle. Thanks so much to everyone at Team Toyota.

I just read your reviews. Boy are they VERY BAD

I was thinking of buying a used car from you. After these reviews I feel I can't trust this dealership. I never read such bad reviews about a car dealer. I hope the management does something about it. Maybe the owner. It seems from the reviews tha managers are just as bad. Can't understand why.

GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR

I went to this dealer to look and price pre-own cars and what a nice place it is brand new building and the staff were great I walked in and was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in the place was mobbed they had a sale going on I told the sales person I was just looking and his attitude stayed the same he had the most precious socks on I've ever seen so I started explaining to him what I wanted in my next car so he showed me a few Toyota Camry's we test drove a Se and he pointed out to me the difference between model's explain to me what the warranty was he showed me car-fax what was done to the car and gave me numbers I was very content with there service the manager came up to me before leaving he was very nice also I would of bought the car that day but I'm waiting on some funds to come in but yes I will be going back to buy a car here The only bad part of my visit was those idiot NEW CAR SALES MANAGER'S at the other building were screaming on the intercom and if they knew how unprofessional they sound they would stop yelling and start taking lessons from the use car side and correct that ....

What is a great sales person Brian Jackson

We (our whole family) can't express how much we really appreciate the service that we got from Sales person Brian Jackson at Team Toyota of Princeton. We were empressed by his patience, we really appreciate for that. It was around 8pm, and we were almost done to close the deal, just needed to go over with Finance Manager, right before that my daughter saw another car in the lot with Red tag and she requested me if we can have a test drive, me and my daughter were hesitated to request Brian for it because we were about to close the deal, but finally we requested for the test drive and he accepted our request, it was really hard to take out from the lot but he and his manager managed to took out from the lot for us to test, finally we ended up with the second car we tested. Now, we would like to mention couple of things about Brian, he was very courteous, he suggested us to wait and let my daughter to join us since she was getting her coffee before he presents to us whether our price was accepted or not, which tells us that he is a family oriented person, he was very patient, he also asked me if I have reward points from Team Toyota which I completely forgot, that saved us another $238, finally, I can say he did an outstanding job, and I can say, he appeared like an angel to me. We wish his every success and get his talent properly evaluated.

Excellent costumer service

I can't express how much I really appreciate the service that team toyota of Princeton offered me. I went in really didn't know what I wanted especially since I have bought a car since 1998. Abe my salesman really helped me a lot. He showed me different car until we landed on the 2014 camry SE . I feel in love with that car. I even bought the 4 cylinder one and I'm a big fan of the 6 cylinder engines. However I was really impress with the power the 4 cylinder one had. It was really a great experience and I that every one in team toyota of Princeton and I really have to that Abe especially for the wonderful experience he gave me.

Dishonest sales person

I went to this dealer to lease a new Toyota Camry 2014 and trade in my old car, this sales person use his every dirty tricks to hide the cost, when I ask him to show me the detail cost break down, he went to the back office and wrote down some numbers to fool me to sign the contract. I really regret that I didn't walk out at that moment, Now I stuck with a lease paying double as much as I should pay, this sales person told me that my old car worth $5000, when I dig into my contract when I got home, I realized that he only gave me $3000. This dealership steals $2000 from me. Never go to this dealer!

Charming and Efficient Sales Team

Traveled from PA to NJ to work with Team Toyota of Princeton and it was well worth the time and effort. Sales team (Frank and Don) were absolutely charming, answered all of my questions and worked diligently to get me the exact Sienna I wanted. Purchase process was a bit lengthy but they used the down time to take me to the car and show me all of the features and how to operate the same. Pricing was as fair as I could ask, and Tom in Finance made the usually tedious process of paperwork somewhat seamless and efficient. Although the optional warranties for purchase were discussed, it was a one or two sentence blurb per warranty, a quick piece of advice, then I made my selection without further ado. Absolutely love the gentlemen I worked with, and Frank and Don kept me entertained and feeling quite confident that I was getting the best deal out there. Never felt pressured, intimidated nor questioned their integrity. Fabulous experience and I will not only recommend them to anyone looking for a Toyota, but will myself make the trip back to TeamPrinceton without a second thought.
