Great experience, excellent car delivery
I had a great experience working in buying two cars (camry in 2013 and sienna in 2014). Mike was extremely fair in negotiating with me and I never felt pressure to buy. The final price was exactly as negotiated and the sales manager was great in going through the details. The car was fully detailed and Mike carefully went over the features before I drove away. Sounds like a minor detail that all dealers should follow, but I have bought cars in the past where the sales person pretty much was done once the paper work was signed. Finally, the trade was very easy and they carefully made sure I got all of the stuff out of my old car.

Super service and a "Client-Comes-First" attitude!
I just purchased a used Chrysler Town & Country from Team Toyota Princeton and was absolutely 100% satisfied with the condition of the vehicle and the superb service and considerations given from the negotiating process to the purchase agreement and to the final paperwork. Special kudos to the sales rep, Brian Jackson, who stayed over an hour past his quitting time to make certain that everything was in order. Talk about a "Client-Come-First" attitude and philosophy. Also, Tim Benamara was great in working with me to get to a mutually agreeable price. Finally, Mike Higgins was excellent in his speedy preparation of all of the paperwork. These three gentlemen embodied and lived up to the word TEAM in their company name, Team Toyota Princeton.

I recently purchased a camry se from team toyota of princeton. If i was to rate the service provided to me especially by Roger Jespersen i would give him a 10. No second thoughts. Let me tell you why: From the time i reached out going back to our first conversation over the phone and email, he provided me details of the vehicle, trim that i was looking to buy. No gimmicks, no tricks. He was straight forward. Number one reason for me to go further since our initial interaction was genuine. He is courteous, considerate, knowledgeable and provided me all the information even before i met him in person. Although i had test driven the car earlier when i stopped by the dealership, Roger walked me through every bit of the car features without me having to ask. This is something i welcomed since my two previous visits to two other dealerships were nowhere close. If at any point i had a question and if he did not have the answer right away(which was seldom) he found out and got back to me, promptly. Although i had my financing option ready, Roger, Fred, Marybeth put the alternate options in front of me to pick and choose without being pushy. Another plus. Even after i had driven out with my vehicle when i reached out to Roger with questions ive had from time to time he's been very good about it. I must say the service provided by Roger and his team has been beyond expectations. When i started my car search team toyota was not even on my list. However, after the experience ive had dealing with team toyota i would highly recommend this place to anyone who may be looking. This was the third dealership i had visited during my search and i can tell you they clearly outperformed hence my decision to drive out with my new car from here. I would like to Thank Roger for all the assistance provided and in my opinion this is an example of truly exceptional service! Thank You Roger! Wishing you all the Best! Top Notch Customer Service
I travelled all the way from Philadelphia to lease my Tacoma from Team Toyota of Princeton and I was not disappointed. I had previously purchased my Sienna from Lawrenceville Toyota and was pleased with the service I received. When researching the Tacoma, I started with dealers in my area, but I could not find the features (nor the responsiveness from a salesperson) that I was looking for, locally. I then expanded my search area and found what I wanted at Team Toyota. My salesman, Rob Moran was very friendly and responsive. He is also very knowledgeable on the truck I was interested in. He worked with me until we found the leasing option that worked best for me. I am very happy with my new Tacoma and highly recommend Rob and Team Toyota of Princeton to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Professional and positive!
I am writing to express my gratitude about the positive experience at Team Toyota of Princeton. I entered the dealership unsure about purchasing a used car, but left feeling cofident about my purchase. The dealership offered a variety of cars and price ranges to fit any budget. Brian Jackson was a professional and competent sales rep. He was able to answer all my questions. He was also able to help me find the right car within my budget. After I purchased my car, I was unable to find someone to take me to pick up the car. He drove the car to my home and I was able to take him back to the dealership. I didn't expect that level of customer service from a car dealership, so I look forward to doing business with Team Toyota of Princeton in the future. I was really made to feel like I was apart of a team.

Excellent Car buying Experience!
Having driven my 2007 Rav 4 for 6 years, I was so excited to finally go looking for a new car. I was so pleased with the way I was treated at Lawrenceville Toyota. My saleman, Don Comfort, was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help me make the right decisions for me in regard to what I wanted in my new car. He was very thorough in making sure that I knew all about my car before I left the lot. Dealing with finance director Patti Hanna-Levine couldn't have been more pleasant. She was so kind and helpful. I really felt taken care of and I know that when a need another car, I will must definitely go back to them.

Another good experience
I purchased a 2010 certified used Sienna in 2012. Michael Hillocks handled the sale and I was pleased with my experience so when I suddenly had to purchase a vehicle to replace my 2005 Camry (totaled by insurance company) I asked for Michael again. Once again I was pleased with the way Michael handled the sale. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and he answered all my questions. His friendly demeanor has once again resulted in a satisfied customer. I feel the pricing is good at Team Toyota of Princeton so when I'm in the market for another vehicle I will ask for Michael.

Excellent Purchase Experience
I visited Team Toyota of Princeton and wanted to purchase a new fully loaded 2014 Toyota Camry Hybird. I provided my requirements for the vehicle (color, moon roof, interior leather heated seats and other specificaitons) to Joe DiStefano who worked with me to find that vehicle on the lot in less than 30 minutes. We took it for a test drive and I loved it! The sale was made and the paperwork was completed, the vehicle was prepared the same day in less than 2 hours and I drove the car home! A very nice car buying experience! The vehile is a pleasure to drive and the high gas mileage is a bonus. Thanks Joe for converting me to the hybrid!
