Exceptional service received at Team Toyota of Princeton
Before visiting the Team Toyota of Princeton, we visited few other Toyota dealerships. We could feel the difference in customer service right away. Staff were courteous, pleasant and very helpful. We were very pleased with the fact that the person we had e-mail contact with was the person who showed us the car. Unlike other dealerships, Team Toyota doesn't saddle you with a completely different sales person once you walk in. All in all, we had truly hassle-free exceptional service and ended up buying our Toyota Rav-4 Limited Edition at the Team Toyota of Princeton.

Great Dealership with Excellent Customer Service
I recently purchased a 2012 Prius C from Team Toyota of Princeton. The salesperson, Rich Cioffi, I worked with was excellent, very friendly, and professional. Throughout the process he addressed all of my concerns and ultimately made the normally difficult decision of purchasing a car relatively straight forward and easy. In addition, he didn't pressure me to make the sale and did everything he could to make the deal one I was comfortable making. I highly recommend this dealership (Team Toyota of Princeton) and Rich Cioffi, the salesperson I worked with. The overall excellent customer service was a principal reason for deciding to purchase my new (used) car at Team Toyota.

Great service, right price
If you're looking for a friendly and no-pressure environment, Team Toyota might be the right place for you. I got my RAV4 at the right price and without too much hassle. They're renovating and expanding so don't be surprised by brand new building. Also, don't hesitate to ask for Oliver, he's a great salesman and was very efficient while filling out the paperwork for us. He even took care of our insurance for us and was very professional from any perspective. Stan

Worth the Drive
The team at Princeton Toyota was friendly, courteous, and honest. Living in Highland Park, NJ, I first visited two dealerships in the area. Neither one was able to give me a price that was anywhere near what I asked for. I decided to make the 45 minute drive down to Lawrenceville. Lou Viera scheduled my visit, Hiram Vazquez was my exceptional salesman, and Jeff made me a deal that no previous dealership had come close to. I would recommend buying a car from Team Toyota of Princeton to anyone who is actively looking. Ask for Hiram, if he is available, he's great!

New car lease
These past 11 years I have been leasing cars from Rob Moran. Rob is very patient and always goes the extra mile to help you out.
