Had a fantastic experience with Jean Paul and MaryBeth. Wanted something very specific, 2013 FJ Trail Team with bells & whistles, and he delivered. Professional & friendly from the first phone call until we drove off the lot. Price we were quoted was the price we paid, no hidden fees or outrageous documentation fees!!! My son even got to watch SpongeBob in the lovely customer lounge while they washed & prepped the car. Couldn't have asked for anything more!!!

Brian was extremely courteous and knowledgable. He provided good information and bargained fairly when upselling extended warranties to me. The test drive demonstrated the vehicle's features and responsiveness, and follow up questions were answered quickly and well. Even post-sale, Brian was quick to return my call for further information and he followed up on agreed items as expected. All in all Brian and the entire Lawrence Toyota team made my family and I feel welcome, and comfortable with our purchase decision.
