I had a great experience with everyone at Lawrence Toyota. Brian Jackson was full of knowledge and very flexible with my availability. I work a very demanding job and Brian made the necessary accommodations to satisfy me. I would recommend Brian Jackson,or anyone else at Lawrence Toyota, to anyone I know.

I had bought my 2003 Hyundai in 2005 from Lawrence Toyota...

I had bought my 2003 Hyundai in 2005 from Lawrence Toyota Scion and remember having a fairly good experience with the dealership and staff. I got an excellent car that has lasted me these many years. I wanted a new car, did some research and ended up looking on the Lawrence lot. I found the car that I saw on the internet and the price was the same, which is great because I've seen vehicles at other dealerships who have a different price on the lot than is what is online. Brian did not try to pressure me to buy another/more expensive car. He had a positive attitude about my trade-in even though I didn't have it with me. I told him how much I wanted to spend and how much I wanted for my Hyundai, and that's the way things worked out. I had a positive experience at Lawrence and would recommend them to anyone who wants a good used car.

Had a problem with wit my brand new audio in Toyota...

Had a problem with wit my brand new audio in Toyota Corolla. There was a coin inserted in the CD player by my kid. The dealer said we will have to replace the audio unit with a new one without even thinking much. Not sure if they inspected the vehicle. Entire cost has to be from my pocket. Called up Toyota and they took 7 days to close my case. The gave a cost of $ 3,000 including labor and taxes after they spoke to Lawrence Toyota Scion. Dealer did not want to give any discount and Toyota mentioned that they will give me a $ 800 rebate after I get my audio replaced which means I have to still pay $ 2,200. Joke !!!! Will never ever go to this dealer even though they are 2 miles away from me. Rather go to DCH in Brunswick / Freehold who are rated as top class. Also its such a surprise that a brand like Toyota does not have the expertize to solve such audio repair issues. The good part is ..... I was able to fix this problem and the CD is playing absolutely top class now !!!!!

We had a good experience here. I've been a customer at the Service Department for a number of years, and it was nice to see that the sales department is quite good, too. Brian was friendly and a really nice guy to work with. I'd definitely recommend him to friends and family who might be looking to buy a used Toyota.

We were very impressed with the excellent expertise of...

We were very impressed with the excellent expertise of both our sales person Brad Eddy and with our finance manager Michelle Gray. They made our buying experience very enjoyable and stress free. I was very nervous about buying a new car but they both put me at ease so I could concentrate on my selection of the best vehicle for me. I am thrilled with my new 2013 Toyota Corolla Sport. It's my perfect car.

I was there to buy 2013 Camry LE. Unfortunately deal didn't work out. But regretfully I like to say that Mike Lubosco was very rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend your dealership to anyone. He had no manner on how to talk to his customer. Just because my dad could not speak English properly, he does not have any right to talk to him the way he did. I was very disappointed.

Love the service center, Hate the used car center

I have gotten my Toyota serviced at this center for years and have always had a great experience. I highly recommend the service center. However, the two times I have tried to buy a used car at this place, it has been awful. Both salesman became incredible pushy after test driving the cars and going to the computers. They try to get all of your information and then they get testy if you don't want to give it to them. I walked out both times. It is really discouraging.

After visiting 2 other dealerships Lawrence Toyota was by...

After visiting 2 other dealerships Lawrence Toyota was by far the best. Great price was given to us from the start and had a very large inventory to choose from. The salesman Robby Everett was very knowledgeable and did not give us the usual runaround with pricing. Now my mother in-law will purchase her car from them now.
