Wonderful experience. After my car was totaled I called WATERTOWN FIRD and was quickly taken care if by Bill. From start to finish he did everything from paperwork to inspection sticker. I drove off the lot with mu new/ uses 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid. He took the time to show me all the intricacies of my new car. It was a seamless experience.
