We purchased a used Honda Civic about a month ago for our teenage daughter from Jacob. It had a minor scratch on the bumper, and Jacob touched it up for us when we went to pick up the plates. My husband and I visited Park Place Mercedes Grapevine on 6/18/2019 to check out their pre-owned Certified vehicles especially since our current Mercedes was scheduled for service in Austin on 6/21/2019. Jacob Eisenberg approached us soon after we arrived and due to his friendly, professional demeanor, we actually decided to test drive a vehicle. During the test drive, Jacob was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and we decided to buy. Since we live in Austin, Jacob offered to drive the vehicle to us later in the week and continued to display his willingness to go over and beyond to accommodate our needs. When we picked up the car on Saturday, we had a few last minute requests that Jacob accommodated without a hitch. I purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes from Park Place Grapevine. My salesman was Austin Houpt. Austin listened to the type of car I was looking for and only steered me in that direction. He was very knowledgeable on every vehicle I looked at. I loved that I wasn't passed around from a salesman, to finance, etc. Austin completed all parts of my transaction. He was so professional and I will definitely buy my next car from him.

Marty went above and beyond to get me in my GLC. We were searching for something new and ran into Marty. He gave us a test drive of our car and explained it so well. We had our daughter with us an he gave her a stuffed bear in the end that she still sleeps with. He was great to work with and would highly recommend buying from him and this location.

I have purchased two vehicles with Austin Houpt at Park Place Motorcars Grapevine. My husband and I were searching for a preowned Suburban and found THE perfect car that was just traded in the day of. Austin had the car detailed and ready before we even got to the dealership to see it. After a quick test drive and 25 minutes to complete paperwork we were driving off! The next buying experience was even quicker and more amazing (if that is even possible!)... I found an SLC 43 AMG that was certified pre-owned. Austin sent me pre-approval paperwork to complete before I got to the dealership since I KNEW this was going to be my car. Upon arrival we took it for a test drive, he had paperwork ready to go, and I was immediately out the door in my new convertible! I could not be happier with his amazing service, attention to detail, no pressure attitude, and just an all around great guy!

Came from Houston to purchase a gtr. Worked the deal pretty much all through text and email. Was at the dealership maybe an hour and was driving home in my dream car. Andy was a great salesman, was not pushy and super friendly. Took care of anything I needed with plenty of check ups even after vehicle purchase. Super clean dealership as well. 10/10
