We went to park place grapevine asking about the s560 and we had a bad experience borderline rude with their sales person. I called the manager “Sean” to tell him about this experience and how it was not expected to be treated that way and it will be bad for them to get another one star review and here is the shock. He told me that park place has earned its reputation in customer service and the review is not worth it. I am not sure how to respond to that other than posting a 1 Star review even if it will not effect anything but at least the people know what to expect.

Worst customer service
Carolyn ya the service department will put you on hold every time you call and never answer again. No matter how many times you call back she will leave you on hold and forcing you to drive to the store.

They must really be rich here...
I think this is a real dealership, but I kind of felt like I was caught up in a Saturday Night Live skit, so maybe not. In any event, I tried to buy a used Smart car there yesterday and trade in my Jeep. The Smart car was a "lot rock" that they've had forever. In fact, it had been there for so long that the salesman (oops - "salesperson" - sorry) told me they were going to ship it to auction the next day if they didn't sell it. I then made a fair offer, but they didn't even counter and we were not able to make a deal. When I emailed them first thing this next morning to see if the car had actually been sent to auction, they opened my email immediately (I got a "read receipt"). For some reason, though, they did not reply for about eight hours before emailing me that the car was, in fact, sent to auction. I asked for more information, but the saleman's less-than-helpful response was, "I don't know." Well, I am certainly no car genius, but I can't understand why they would rather send a car to auction and sell it for pennies on the dollar then negotiate further with me. I can only guess that it's because they're so rich that they don't need any more customers. Oh, well, on to another store.

Don't spend too much time or effort worrying about trying to earn my trust back. You see, I have this thing called "The Internet" (it's really cool - you should try it) and I was able to find the exact car at your sister dealership in Arlington. And, I was a able to buy it from them for the same offer I was prepared to make you in Grapevine. And I was treated wonderfully by Malcolm Gage (who remembered that I came this close - I have my fingers very close together - to buying a Rolls from him, before I bought a Maserati instead) and Marco Lopez (who even delivered the car to me!). iMHO, Sean Hayes and Parrish Michener ought to take a few lessons from your buddies in Arlington. P.S. One quick question: why did you lie to me about taking the car "to auction" when what you really did was just send it to your other store? I guess that's why you claimed you didn't know where it was sent. Typical...

Overall, it’s was a good experience with a new place.
Everything worked with a happy ending on a late Friday evening. But not very happy with vehicle delivery. I preferred the delivery of the vehicle should be around 2:00pm to know more about the vehicle with the support of the delivery department.

Rock Sargent and Park Place Grapevine Are Great!!!
I first met Rock Sargent when my daughter purchased a vehicle at Park Place Grapevine. Rock Sargent was very nice, friendly, professional, knowledgable, and provided great customer service to my daughter, and it was then that I decided to purchase my much needed vehicle with him as my salesperson. I returned to Park Place 3 1/2 months later and purchased my vehicle through Rock Sargent as well. Great salesperson!
