Jacob was the calm in my storm! I was in need of a new car but I also wasn’t going to make a snap decision. He did an excellent job in taking the time to go over my options. His follow up skills are impressive. When I finally made my final decision I gave Jacob a call. I met with him the next day and within 10 minutes I had my car picked out. There is never a service advisor available. I left two messages and never received a call back. I went elsewhere to get my car serviced.
