Excellent customer service.

Jacob was the calm in my storm! I was in need of a new car but I also wasn’t going to make a snap decision. He did an excellent job in taking the time to go over my options. His follow up skills are impressive. When I finally made my final decision I gave Jacob a call. I met with him the next day and within 10 minutes I had my car picked out. That’s because he took the time to listen to my needs! Thank you! I love my new Mercedes.

Your call are routed to a call center

There is never a service advisor available. I left two messages and never received a call back. I went elsewhere to get my car serviced.

Henry was great to work with.

Everyone very pleasant and knowledgeable. Kept us updated on process as paperwork and finance approval was being done. Henry was great. Knowledgeable and if he did not know the answer he found it for us.

We’ve purchased two vehicles through Corey and he and Park Place are always a pleasure to work with! Austin "Rocks"

Austin was awesome, he answered all my questions and concerns. Austin calls and text me on a regular basis to make sure everything is going great, he came to my job to deliver papers and bring my extra set of keys. I have to say myself and my son appreciates everything that was done to make the stress of buying a new car bearable.

The Best Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had

My car buying experience was a pleasant one. The sales representative did an excellent job of explains the features of the 350 series suvs. When I decided what features I wanted - he located the car for me. He also helped me secure my financing for my vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Alejandro Perez was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I picked up my car, Darius Stewart was very Knowledgeable in instructing me about the features of my new car.
