Had a great experience working with Ace and the dealership. I live out of state and was traveling and reached out about the truck. We had a number of conversations back and forth and were able to come to an agreement. Ace was nice to work with when I got to the dealership. After the sale he and a teammate helped me return my rental car out at the airport. Was a huge help to get me on the road and headed home. Would recommend Ace if you are looking for a vehicle to purchase.

From start to finish Jeff was excellent to work with. He respected our choice to wait until new year to make our purchase and did not barrage us with calls/texts/emails. As this was my car we were purchasing he did not defer to my husband. He spoke to me. And I hope I conveyed to Jeff how much I appreciated that. Our overall satisfaction is definitely 5 star. The only suggestion we have is to make sure when the car is detailed, it is detailed. There were smudges of something that was oil based on the exterior and plastic still covering the side view mirrors. Overall, not a terrible situation just one that could use a little attention.

Our past experiences at this dealership have been bad. We decided to try one more time. This time was much much better. Noah (sales rep) and Gerson (finance) were fantastic! Thanks to Richard (sales mgr) for his leadership and support. Everyone from Richard to the daily driver were very polite, professional and made us feel at ease. This group is a staff that MANAGEMENT should be proud of!! In our opinion they get a 10 out of 10! JOB WELL DONE! P.S. so far we like the vehicle - great product!

I recently purchased a car that came with a host of serious issues, including an oil leak that poses a fire hazard, a cut washer fluid line, a broken tire sensor, and water pooling on both floorboards. To make matters worse, I was only given one key for the vehicle. It's clear that this company does not care about the safety and satisfaction of its customers. Instead of addressing these problems before selling the car, they chose to ignore them, which is not only unethical but also a huge liability. This car is literally a fire hazard and unsafe to drive. Not reliable at all. I’ve reached out to Dwayne, Cassidy, The fixed ops director Paul and next step, Curtis the GM. SO FAR NOTHING BUT PROMISES TO CALL BACK A single bad review can cost this company far more than the expense of fixing the car properly. I would never trust them again or their word. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your vehicle purchase! I tried to reach out to the extended warranty as they told me this car came with a 30 day powertrain warranty. I couldn’t get the phone number from anybody who worked there so I ended up googling them. When I called, they couldn’t even find me in their system so I couldn’t get the repairs made in time. I mentioned what was wrong with this car to Dwayne on day number two the day after I bought the vehicle, had it inspected? The car is a piece of junk. And not only is this car a piece of junk three cars prior to it that I test out or pieces of junk three of the forehead tire lights on. Fix your cars and then sell them.

One of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. I live 2 hours away so was sent a video. Communication was excellent!!! Highly recommend!!!!
