Survey about my car inspection and some work to do

I have already sent a reply to this survey. Don't know if it hasn't been read by whomever generates it but am doing it again and will delete it from my inbox, as I did the other one.The service was great for the car except that I wished they had done the complimentary car wash. The uber that was ordered for me due to the extended traffic backup that afternoon was a super backup plan that CF has. I appreciated it very much and the driver was very pleasant. My car was ready on time.

Bought a used Toyota Highlander. Got a nice vehicle.

Found the vehicle on Toyota certified listed website. Website very helpful. Great service and our deal done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman.

Great place to buy a car

Their prices were the lowest we found, and the sales people were easy to work with. We bought a used CR-V that drives like it is new. Glad we went there.

A much better experience

Had just come from a negative experience from the dealership I had been with for 10 years when looking for a replacement used car. Met with Larry Brown at Checkered Flag Honda, and had an experience that exceeded expectations from beginning to end. Very gracious, and NO PRESSURE... thoroughly ran me through several (certified) used car options that fit what I was looking for, and didn't in the least feel "guilted" or pressured when I left the lot to look at the last car I was considering at another dealership. Ended up returning to purchase through Larry an hour later. Closing paperwork experience was also positive, with the General Service manager (Chad) also introducing himself, and also got a walk through the service area. Requested a roof rack be added, which was done within the week (was given a loaner vehicle newer than the one I bought!) and Larry and Chad saw to it that a few other aesthetical issues were addressed... even had the car re-detailed. I am now driving a 3 year old car that feels brand new. I took some time to learn some more about the "Checkered Flag" approach and philosophy... which just adds to my comfort in recommending them to people I care about. I am not an expert on cars, so it was important that I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of. My specific personal experience was with their Honda dealership and Larry (Brown)... so certainly would recommend them. Finally, if you are looking for a used car, I would suggest you consider both a "certified" one, as well as considering the extended warranty which in my case, gave me bumper-to-bumper for 7 years/100k miles. That (for a very reasonable price), along with free oil changes and inspections for life gives me some peace of mind. Happily recommend Larry and Checkered Flag Honda.
