Horrible Customer Service - GM wont return calls
Took my vehicle in for service due to a charging system fault indicator turning on and off. I waited for over 8 hours for them to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle and then charged me $80 for diagnostics. Called GM and left multiple VMs but he never called me back.

Great purchase experience!

A Great Overall Experience
Stopped in looking to trade-in my vehicle for a newer one and was greeted by Dawn. She did an excellent job working with me to find the best vehicle for me. Dawn was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She answered any questions I had and made sure I didn’t miss out on any potential vehicles. At no point during my time there did I ever feel pressured into a sale, options, or services. Dawn did an amazing job at making my car buying experience a hassle free one. I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Dawn was super helpful!
Ordered a 2022 Mavrick hybrid in August 2021. Dawn kept me abreast of the process along the way. After a long wait I took delivery on April 22. Dawn went thru all the bells and whistles with me. Excellent people to deal with. Thanks Dawn!

Bought a new car
Needed a new car and Dawn found what I wanted, the car needed a part and took awhile to get but in the end Ewald did make up for my wait . I would recommend Ewald.

Great customer service and personal touches
Dawn M and her team were fantastic. There was a slight mixup in the particular truck we were looking at (technology sometimes right?!). So, I called just to verify that it was at the location, when we discovered it wasn’t, Dawn went over an hour out of her way to get that truck for us. I have a family of five, and of course my wife wanted to see what would be the new family vehicle, and dawn and everyone there was so accommodating. Thankfully, it was such a pretty day! The truck itself came to us in great condition, smelled great, just cleaned, even had a sign to welcome us to Ewald. Loved the persona touches and hope they continue! We came in a little under on what we figured we’d get for trade-in value, but they really tried to make up the difference in just about every other way they could. While we ended up paying a little more than we would have liked, they still did everything they could. I really felt welcome, and appreciated there. I can’t be more thankful for Dawn and the rest of the Ewald team. Keep it up guys, you’re doing great!!

Found my new truck!
I was looking to replace my current lease which was ending soon. I had previously dealt with Doug at Ewald's in 2018, when he was able to get me a great lease deal on my 2018 F150 XLT. Diug was able to find me the exact truck that I was looking for, and the entire process was painless, professional and they had the cheapest price around by far. Ewald's is the only dealership we'll fo business with. Their knowledge and friendliness are second to none!

Nice Dealership
Really appreciated the low pressure sales - one of the reasons we ended up buying here. Very nice people to work with however I feel like the process could have been a little more efficient.

Be aware - you'll end up paying more
I paid for tax, title, and license (TTL) but when I called DMV I found that Ewald had not paid the license fee. I had to pay another $115 for something that was already paid. When they said they would get back to me on this, they did not.
