Paramus and Iggi are the Best!

I was looking to purchase a 2020 Palisade. My local dealers not only didn't have much inventory but the service received was terrible by some of the shadiest sales people I've ever encountered. Trying my luck, made the trip out to Paramus from Queens NY, WELL WORTH THE DRIVE!, My Sales Associate Iggi was terrific, Not only was he knowledgable and patient but truly guided us from our perspective. No salesman scams and cons here. fair pricing. terrific service with a genuine salesperson who cares about his customers, with an equally terrific finance person. Couldn't be more happier with my purchase and my decision to go to Paramus, I recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to go see IGGI @ Paramus will definetly be my first choice in the future.

I can corroborate the negative reviews here: lead you to believe you need pricey repairs, customer service folks have attitudes when you question, quote prices without tax so you think you're paying less than you expected. I will never return here for service. Dealership is so close to my home and I wanted to buy my Hyundais here, but salespeople don't work with you. I've bought or leased 3 or 4 Hyundais and not one close to my home.

poor diagnostics. headlight not working, said bulb was burt out. new bulbs, swapped left and right. still not working. they said it needs a factory.

This had to be the absolute worst experience I've ever...

This had to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. They robbed me from the start, they dont want to give me any paperwork on a vehicle I BOUGHT! I was explicitly told multiple times that i have the maintenance package, which was very highly needed due to road tripping. Currently there is no record of a maintenance package. I was also told my payments would be one number and I signed the paper. The next day picking up the car the paperwork was changed but my signature was still there.... that's very fishy. I will never do business with paramus hyundai ever again and honestly it turned me off from ever using hyundai in general. This company needs to have a real big remodel on its employees. Worst thieves in the tristate area.

My 3 year Lease with my Sonata was expiring in September. The Car was flawless and we enjoyed it so much we wanted another one. We made an appointment with Iggi and he met us at the door. I felt safe and everyone was masked and social distanced. We got there at around 1:00 and I figured it would take the usual 6 hours to complete....NO Iggi wasted no time and got us the Deal we wanted and approved in 1 1/2 hour...the Finance guy had us out in 1 hour and we were transferring our stuff to the New Sonata and on our way home. If you’re in the Market for a new car you MUST SEE IGGI...he’s an 8 year veteran at Hyundai and he knows how to make a deal and Not waste your time.
