Easiest Car Dealership Experience Ever

I always hated buying a new car because the experience has always been poor. Now that I found Brian at Paramus Hyundai, my view of buying a new car has forever changed. Great job Paramus Hyundai!

Horrible Experience

My mom purchased a Hyundai Tucson 2017 on October 2017. On December 8th 2018 this Tucson broke down because of Engine Failure. The car has now been in the Paramus Hyundai location for more than 30 days. My family has yet to receive an estimated time of repair. I have called the service manager 3x this week and left numerous messages and she has yet to return my calls. Under the NJ lemon law, if a car is 20 days or more in a shop for repair it is considered a lemon. I am very disappointed in this whole ordeal and even more disappointed in the way it has been handled. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I would never recommend Hyundai to anyone. The level of compassion and understanding is deplorable. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worse enemy. Imagine, working so hard to buy a new car and being without the car for more than a month?

Buyer Beware

Perfect service!

This is my third car taken out with Iggi from Paramus Hyundai, and one thing that never seizes to amaze me is his dedication to providing the best service and getting you the most affordable deal for you. I will definitely return back to him for our next and would recommend him to everyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

extremly happy with overall experience.

My overall experience was very good. My salesperson Iggy Reid was very helpful finding me a Tucson that had everything I was looking for in the truck, After buying the Tucson they had it ready for me the next day. My remote starter was put in within one week of buying the truck. They made it very easy for me to drop it off while working and I had it back in two hours. Kenneth Herman was also very responsive when e-mailing him. I would recommend using Rt 4 Hyundai for your next purchase. The experience was overall very good.

Horrible Place

Awful place, steer clear. Tried to work with them but was a diaster. Sales guy left to go to ATM and told me, while he was helping me find a new car. Then found out he had actually went to lunch and over an hour later I finally was fed up and left. Never seen anything like that before and probably never will again. No one normal behaves like that especially not in the middle of a sale. No one has ever addressed this concern from Paramus Hyundai. Guess they don’t care either way.

leasing a new car

Your facility should employ more sales personnel like Michael Gibson and Nancy. They made my time there pleasant and enjoyable . Both very personable Good Quality .

Superb Service

Great purchase experience. I got a Tucson through Steve Lee who was able to display considerate, knowledgeable and fast services. Highly recommend this dealership and will definitely visit again!

More than HAPPY

I had selected Paramus Hyundai after calling a few Hyundai dealerships in my area. I even went to visit one 10minutes from my job and they were disappointing. I traveled all the way from Long Island to Paramus by public transportation to make my purchase. What was discussed on the phone with Brittany DiCarlo who was great and the Sale Manager Ludwin Rosa was what it was when I got there. Ludwin even picked me up at the train station in Manhattan and drove me to the dealership. The finance manager Nancy Pipolo was straight forward and NO BS! I enjoyed my experience and will be referring everyone I know to go there, WELL WORTH THE TRIP! I will be going back within the next 18month.
