6 meses atras lleve mi chevrolet traverse al servicio y cuando me entregaron mi traverse las llantas estaban completamente raspadas y pintadas de pintura... roja de las banquetas fue banqueteada por ellos , cuando la empese a manejar estaba desalineada se inclinaba hacia el lado derecho e iba acompañado de un empleado del dealer, la deje para que la alinearan y limpiaran la pintura de las llantas del lado derecho, me compensaron con 2 cambios de aceite gratiz . Regrese por el cambio de aceite bolviendo a confiar en ellos una vez terminado el cambio me inventaron una historia que querian checar un problema de mptor y transmicion que aparecia en su computadora y No en la traverse fuy a otro lugar a que la checaran y me dijieron que eso fue una MENTIRA que me dijieron es por eso que no boy a regresar a Martin chebrolet y MUCHO MENOS LO RECOMIENDO .

Jeff was so very helpful. I told him what I was looking for (more room, 4 cylinders, and a great price because i'm cheap). That's what I got. I was done... very quickly.. I was surprised about that part. I got a 2019 Chevy equinox. I'm so in love with my baby. Funny because I wouldn't have chosen it for myself. So good job Jeff. Great choice

Took my vehicle in for repairs, and everything was done correctly the first time. When I dropped off my vehicle, I asked for a ride home (something... every dealership does with their courtesy shuttle). My service adviser says they have a deal with Lyft and calls me one. Great! Unfortunately, when I returned to pick up and pay for my vehicle, there is the charge for my Lyft ride. There was no mention or warning that the Lyft they called would directly cost me. If I had known, I'd have called my wife to pick me up. Feels very disingenuous, bad optics. Warn customers ahead of time, so they can make an informed decision. Secondly, they lost my key. Service adviser spent 30 minutes looking for it, but no dice. Luckily I had a hidden key, which was inside the car at the time, so they needed get a jimmy kit to open it up. A day later, they found the key. So I guess only time was wasted, but not good optics on being organized. Like I said, a little disappointing.
