From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcome. Although I had an appointment with someone else and they were unavailable, Wayne didn't allow me to wait and assured me that he would be able to help me with the predicament I was in and that's what he did. Friendly service, Helpful responses. My purchase in 2011 was a smooth process. I only wish that I had learned more about financing the purchase prior to the signing, that part seemed very rushed

Great Service Hampton Chevrolet, GM send my Parts
I really appreciate Kelly and the whole service team. They are efficient and great at what they do. I wish that I didn't have to worry about my GM issues but I'm sure that Hampton Chevrlet will assist me with whatever I need once GM sends the parts to have my car serviced. My fiath in American made cars however has not changed, but GM needs to send part very quickly to solve this issue.
