I have been a customer of Colonial Honda since 1987...reason being, the sales staff and the first rate service department under the management of Carl Solo. I always ask for and have my 4 Hondas serviced by Jeff Magnum, a very thorough technician who work is always top notch. My oldest Honda Pilot has 312,000 miles and still runs great.. Although I didn’t get the deal I had hoped for (not necessarily a bad deal), I did get the car! Aaron Parsons, our salesman, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and a delight to work with! Sabrina Thomas did her best and found us a very beneficial financing rate, and made the whole paperwork process as painless as possible. When the car was ready, the service department had worked to make it appear brand new! A few days after the sale, Aaron followed up with a telephone call to make sure everything was going well with our purchase (something I’ve grown to appreciate from a good dealership). Altogether, I was very satisfied, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colonial Honda for a new or used car.
