Matt at Shelor Toyota Service in Christiansburg was very helpful and courteous. I brought my 21 year old Toyota Matrix in for an oil change and tire rotation and though I have one more month on my inspection, we decided to try to see what else my car would need in case it didn't pass. My car passed and Matt quickly let me know she was ready to go earlier than expected. Very easy experience and my car was available earlier than expected.

Liked the no pressure of salespeople running you down as you pull into the lot. Had time to walk the lot and look at several vehicles and consider options. When we were ready we were met by Jesse A. What an amazing experience we had with him. Not pushy or aggressive to sell us a car. Felt like working with a friend of the family. Knowledgeable about the car. Honest about what he could or couldn’t do. Worked with us for hours and we were able to agree on a deal that would work for us both. GM needs to provide better and more attainable discounts for Service Members. Would work with Jesse again for any other car needs. Thank you Jesse A for a wonderful experience. Herron Family
