I purchased my 2016 Nissan Rogue from here about 2 months ago. A birthday gift to myself. Here I go into the dealer today 1/6/2020 for my first oil change... and also asked them to take a look at a noise the veichle was making. Not what I expected to hear when they finished my car. So apparently the veichle has transmission issues. However, because no alerts are on yet and the noise is not significantly what they consider bad yet, Nissan won’t replace it. I am very upset not even 2 months later here I am with a car that is going bad and yet nothing can be done about it. Very disappointed not what I expected at all. After I initially gave them a 5 star review. All there worried about is selling cars. Not true customer service.

We recently bought a pre-owned 2010 Kia Soul from this dealership a little over a week ago and we are very satisfied with it. Last time I bought a car it was from the Nissan store closer to the shore back when it was Admiral Nissan. I went recently now that it has been renamed... Nissan of Atlantic City and I was treated like garbage. It’s clearly not the same people who run that store anymore. They acted like I was only there to waste THEIR time. Well I decided to take a trip to the other Nissan store in Vineland and I’m glad I did. I love my new Armada. As it happens I found out that the people who run Team are from the same family that used to run Admiral! No wonder I had a better time with them. I found my new Nissan store. And if you were and Admiral customer who is unhappy with the new Nissan of Atlantic City, I highly recommend you take you business here where they will appreciate it and treat you with some respect. I've bought over 5 cars here in the past 18 years and wouldn't think if going elsewhere! Scott and his team treat me like family. The service department... is stellar too! Very comfortable lounge where I can relax and even watch my car getting worked on in the shop. This dealer will not return phone calls or emails. Additionally they will not provide the documentation I am entitled to concerning a supposedly CPO vehicle... they sold me. The vehicle was sold without providing a cpo checklist and several items required to certify the vehicle were missing. The dealer will not send me a copy the cpo checklist which they claim has my signature. Nissan USA is useless when it comes to dealer issues.

Went to look at the 2008 Hyundai Sonata GLS with 87,997 miles. Car had a rejected inspection sticker. Of course they don't advertise that or let me know... beforehand, because they want to get me on the lot. Get in touch, make sure car is still there, want to check before I make the long drive to look at the car. Drove all the way to Vineland to see that the car failed inspection and was being sold as-is. They then proceeded to email me several times a week about buying a new Nissan after I said I was looking for a used car. Waste of time
Joe, I am sorry your visit did not go well and the vehicle was not up to par. We have a good amount of vehicles we are selling "As Is", it does not me...an it is a bad vehicle. As far as the inspection sticker, we as a dealer can not take a vehicle through State inspection. However every vehicle we take in and re-sell goes through our safety inspection here at Team Nissan. This vehicle may have not gone through that process yet, if it was just traded in. Again I apologize and I hope we can fix any issues and hopefully earn your business in the future.
