Best Customer Service

This was my first car buying process and I had specific request. Rick Cloud was the a phenomenal sales rep. He took care of all my needs and kept in close contact by text. I would refer Rick to anyone because he went above and beyond to meet my needs.

Fast and Accurate

Basically, everything was worked out efficiently when I worked to buy a car. Even though this dealership is being rebuilt, they were able to work with another dealership to get everything done fast and accurately.

Genuine Salesman

The salesman at Murdock Hyundai was very honest and genuine. He got me exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to squeeze any more money than I had out of me. I’m grateful!

Disappointing ALL Throughout

Not impressed. We were almost immediately turned away by the salesman when we asked if they were willing to work with us on the price of the vehicle we wanted. Finally worked out a price with the manager and while waiting for our vehicle were told we'd get a spare key from the salesman. Waited 3 months patiently for said key, never heard anything. Finally reached out to them and they told us they were working on it. Waiting another month with no notice, so reached out to them again only to be ignored. Then waited another month for an answer and was told they never officially wrote down that they owe us a key so we wouldn't be getting the spare key even though the salesman told us he would get us one. There word means NOTHING. Not particularly happy with the service and do not think I will return nor recommend them to anyone else.

Awesome experience

Extremely helpful. First time I have purchased a new vehicle. My credit wasn't the due to my lack of activity the last 9 years. Kyle, the sales person, was awesome in working to get the vehicle I wanted
