Their customer service is spot in. They’re not interested in robbing customers and definitely care bout the interest of the customer! I had a great experience and might keep my car for an indefinite time despite me being a car hopper, that’s how well they executed their service.

Aggressive sales
Nate played the game of let me talk to my finance guy and see that I can do in the price of a lemon car. Even at the end he tried to up the price with so our agreed upon price was $xxxx which was $350 more than we had just agreed to. I should have walked away as the car had a lot of issues. They did me soon some of the issues but not all.
