Murdock Hyundai of Logan

Bought an F-150 from this dealer and the moment I drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. How thrilled I was to be taking my newly obtained vehicle to the shop the day after purchase. Turns out there was little to no effort in making my vehicle buyer ready. Wrong spark plugs were installed almost costing me a header, fluids were dirty, sensors were non functional etc. Despite the excellent customer service, I’m beyond disappointed in the service centers oversight on these issues.

Buying process was easy and quick. Worked with me on a payment that would fit my budget. Jon was awesome, very helpful and no pressure.

I went in for an oil change for my Santa Fe.. As I was walking in a small dark red suv caught my eye. Jon walked out and asked if I was looking to buy . Oh no.. I'm just looking. A few minutes later I'm test driving what I dubbed a Merlot Beauty... my now new dark red Tucson sport is parked in my driveway.. Jon was kind and patient as I asked questions. The sale was no pressure. Great experience.

Kelly was great, he found me a great match fast. I ended up buying the day I came in. Loved the clean dealership and courteous staff.

We were having car problems and it looked like they were going to keep going. They suggested looking at a new car. We ended up purchasing one. They answered our questions and helped us work out the financing to fit our budget.

Employees are very nice, but when I go into buying a car I am very hopeful that I can wheel and deal in hopes to get the price down. We looked at several cars where they would not budge on price one bit. I kinda felt like they were there to make make as much money as they could instead of trying to help the customer out.

We are very appreciative of the attentiveness and care that Erick showed us in our car buying experience. It was obvious that his main objective was helping us find the best situation for us! We would refer him to anyone, and would go to him again in the future!
