I have always had a good experience at Joe Holland. You get what you pay for and Joe Holland is by far the most cost effective choice for my Equinox. The days of crawling under the hood and poking around in the car are over. Automobiles are far too high tech for the inexperienced mechanic. I take my car to Chevy experts.

Good People
My wife's car needed inspection, and all went fairly well. It needed new air filters and they checked alignment. Back alignment was not done due to bad bar. Bar is now on order and alignment will proceed when parts come in, in a couple of days. Very good communication is very helpful.

Joe Holland is wonderful
Everybody was so friendly and courteous. Helpful but not pushy or overbearing. Felt like I was working with friends and not people just trying to get a commission check

Joe Holland us very professional and the place is very clean. Courtesy driver was very nice.My appointment was at 820 i did have a short wait and then i was checked in and received a ride from the courtesy drive.

Service Department
Bought my brand new 2013 Chevy Cruze and i wish I didn't it has been nothing but a headache in the shop so many times i think about 9 or 10 with so many issues and if that's not enough to deal with you have a service department that makes you feel stupid when you tell them the problem your having and they claim to not find one well i felt this way a couple times and actually recorded my problem to prove it to them and they were just like oh yeah you do have a problem. Whatever the problem is there shouldn't be no questions asked or rudeness when you take your vehicle in that's what we have a warranty for and its not like you wouldn't get your money if we did have to pay. And the whole time your in the lobby waiting you hear other people complaining about the service department. I however loved our salesman Rich he was very kind and not pushy at all i would recommend him to anyone but sorry not your service department.

We just purchased my 6th vehicle from Joe Holland and my 4th from Sammi. In every case the personnel have been helpful and not overly "pushy" as my wife and I looked over the different vehicles. We had been driving a Hyundai SantaFe and were ready to trade for another. As we looked over the vehicles, Sammi brought to our attention a Veracruz that had just been turned in from a company rep. Thanks to her ability to listen, we were able to take delivery of a vehicle that had more features, for less than a new SantaFe would have cost us. Joe Holland has always treated us with integrity and honesty.

Great service
Bought a ore owned certified used car. Car very clean and in excellent shape. Staff easy to work with. Finance department made buying process easy. Sales rep followed up afterwards to make sure we're satisfied. This was a nice touch. Looking to buy another vehicle soon, so will start at Joe Holland.

Buyer Beware
The dealership staff came across to me as dishonest and showed poor integrity in reserving a vehicle for me. They cancelled my deal and ignored my numerous attempts to reach them by phone or email. I had a very frustrating experience with them and they failed to show any appreciation of my time. I would not buy from this dealership as I think honesty is essential in gaining someones trust.I would strongly recommend going to a reputable dealership that value customer care.
