Best expirence ever, Mr. Bob Smiley , Ken were awesome I recommend them 1000% they went out thier way to make my daughter's first buying expirence amazing, it's like buying from a family not like the typical version of car buying. Ken our salesman was awsome and Mr. Smiley were just great making daughter enjoy the experience, don't forget the finance lady, she was great and no pressure crap, great experience my daughter will remember forever, this is the only place we be buying our cars for now on, they treat you like a person, not a customer, we love these guys. So thank you Ken, Mr Smiley , and the finance lady for everything. We will recommend you guys to everyone

I connected with Jose Valdovinos before I arrived at the dealership. On short notice, the Gerald Nissan team parked the vehicle out front, ready for my inspection. Despite the cold weather, Jose stepped outside to greet me warmly. The negotiation process was smooth and better than I had experienced at other dealerships. We agreed on a price within my budget for the vehicle I chose. Working with Jose Valdovinos, Luke Smiely, and Mahoud Touny was truly a pleasure.

Cheer, Cheer for Jeanette! She's a great salesperson who is very straight, measured and thorough. I strongly felt she represented both myself and the dealership at the highest levels. More specifically, I applied for Costco Pricing on a certain model online and she almost immediately got in touch with me. I found out later she's an expert on the Costco program and other similar online programs. I set an appointment with her the next day to come in and look at various models the dealership had in their inventory. After several hours, I found a model I really liked and was able to come to a deal that was a win-win for both myself and the dealership. Two days later I came in to complete the transaction which also went smooth with an entire staff of nice and dedicated professionals working at the North Aurora, IL Gerald Nissan Dealership. I highly recommend her to all future buyers looking for a Nissan.
