The next day after my purchase the car had electrical
The next day after my purchase the car had electrical issues and sat in the shop for 2 months. They tried to sell me a different car but changed the terms, so I refused. Next thing I know I'm getting calls that my payment was late because they forged my signature on a 2nd and 3rd contract and changed my due date. I filed a complaint with fraud.gov and consumer affairs. Tamer the GM is a nice guys but this doesn't excuse fraudulent practices. He is telling me that I had to of signed but can't show proof that I returned to sign 2-3 weeks later or that they sent me an email where I electronically signed. BE CAREFUL!!!

They need to stop gossip about the customer in front of the customer in this case me . The worse experience the employees are the worst.
The worse experience the employees are the worst. One even offer me $10 for my gas because they could not pay for my time, they were mean, and they feel like that they are the owners of the place. I think the owner needs to give them a little bit of training about customer service. I always buy my cars in that facility before and the service was amazing, now is awful, they have a car for 17,00 on line and they change the price even if I asked before by phone. I guess the demand of cars is so high that they can be disrespectful, mean, and they’re able to humiliate the client. The worst experience of my life.

The absolute worst service I have ever received from any
The absolute worst service I have ever received from any place!!! This is not only the worst Gerald Nissan service in the Chicagoland area but the employees are so rude and sleazy and will laugh in your face if you try to ask a question or express a concern. They only like you if you are a sheep and just nod and say ‘thank you,’ only then you are a ‘valued customer.’ They act as if they are doing you a favor for YOUR MONEY. I went in for a scheduled appointment about a warning signal that kept showing up on my dash, and my car is under warranty. First time I went in, they slap me in the face with an unexpected ‘service fee’ if there is nothing wrong with my car, not mentioned previously - as if I am a mechanic and know whether there will be something wrong with the car or not. Paul Ruilova was so unprofessional and rude, laughing in my face as I got upset because I wasn’t told beforehand I had to pay. Whatever, I left without having my car checked and later called the Service Manager, Lynn Davidson, to ask what this was about and she tells me ‘bring your car in and I’ll wave the service fee.’ I make another appointment and go back in to be faced with an employee calling Lynn to confirm the service fee and this guy asks me to sign papers for a service fee amount (three times HIGHER than any other car service around) I have to pay IF there is nothing wrong with my car!!!! They want to attract you as a client with lifetime warranty which is a complete scam, because they don’t have a warranty that covers any reasonable problems whatsoever. They made a fool of me and the other employees stood there LAUGHING in my face. I wasted my time 2 times and I left so upset - not to mentioned I have bought 4 CARS over the years from them specifically!?!? Please do yourself a favor and buy a car from somewhere else and use ANY other car repair, unless you want to deal with the lowest behavior and be treated like trash every single interaction with them - just such sleazy and trashy behavior it’s unreal how they even operate at all.
