Superior Service from Larson Audi of Fife

Purchased my pre-owner A6Q from Larson when they were in older facility in Tacoma. Buying process was smooth, hassel-free and they gave me fair trade-in value for my high-mileage trade-in. I live :45 min from Tacoma and made frequent stops at dealership for a variety of questions and and vehicle operation help...I am not great at always reading Owner's Manual. They were always very helpful, thorough and professional. That superior customer service continues w/the staff now in Fife. My Audi now is ten yrs old and still runs and looks great. I am very satisfied and happy w/ the service from Larson's, in particular the service dept, and Chip, who always goes above & beyond to make sure my service experience, and the quality and promptness of the work exceeds my expectations. Makes the 1:15 hr drive worth the time and tolls to come to Larson where the work will be done correctly and as quickly as possible.

Macan purchase

Long time Customer of Jim Foster in the Mercedes store.... First Porsche purchase...Worked with Ahmed and Gary Robinson ( sales manager).... Highest level of satisfaction on the Mercedes side.... Jim Foster set up a similar experience at the Porsche store. The buying process was made a fun experience especially when Gary Robinson respectfully pushed for embossed logo on front seats... We joke about it.... Did order it!! Ahmad was exceptionally responsive to my questions...ongoing phone calls and texts were immediately returned... Ahmed even drove 80 miles to my home to complete the paperwork. After a long wait for production and a trip through the Panama Canal, the car finally arrived. Ahmed spent over four hours yesterday explaining all the features and operations... Prior to delivery, he set up all the settings that were requested. Macan exceed our expectations. Highest compliments to Ahmed, Gary Robinson, and Bryan ( service manager).

I looked Larson and got the hook up

I just bought my Macan from Larson Porsche in Fife, and had a extremely pleasurable car buying experience. worked with a salesman named Zach Martin. He was very knowledgeable, and worked with my hectic schedule, and even gave me a follow up call after the sale to make sure I was taken care of. His manager Gary Robinson was also very helpful, making the paper work very quick and easy. If you want a Porsche, I would defiantly recommend going to them.

will recommend to family and friends

Recently purchased our new Macan from Larson Porsche. I was very pleased from the first time we met, when I ordered my car, and when I took delivery of it. Zach Martin was very knowledgeable about the Macan and even the full Audi lineup. He was a joy to work with and great to have a no pressure salesman. He respected my husband's and my time. The sales manager Gary was very helpful to show us what financing worked best for us. I would honestly recommend this sales team to my friends and family all over gig harbor for any vehicle purchase. Thanks a bunch guys! Looking forward to seeing if the service crew treat me the same.

don't buy your car here.

i traded in my Audi s4 for a never Audi. The next day i returned to get my car back back because the new Audi did not live up to my expectations. They said sure bring in all your paper work and we will get you squared away. It was a different story when i got their they destroyed all my original paper work and then told me they could not give me my car back. I found out later that day it was because they already sold my car to another dealership. So i got stuck with ill performing car. Shady business.

Worst experience

Porsche cars are great. But if you buy one, look for another dealer. These people cannot offer Porsche-grade service. Just AVOID them.

Worst experience ever

My fiance and I flew from Alaska to buy her a new car and she settled on an all road we found at Larson porche Audi. The car sold itself but the miserable heart breaking experience we are still having to go through has taken every last shred of excitement out of having a new car. Since we are Alaska residents, we don't pay sales tax in the state of Washington. We spent hours having documents faxed to them including utility bills home mortgage statements, cable bills, pretty much everything to prove we were Alaska residents. They still didn't go for it so they said the only way they would allow us to use our tax exemption was if they shipped the car for us. This was a total disappointment cause we wanted to do some shopping and fill the car up and send it north ourself, but we agreed just to get outta there cause we had been stuck there dealing with these people for 7 hours. Our sales person was Ahmed, and he was friendly but completely incompetent. Everyone else there was extremely rude as they had to pass us along to different people through out the day. Anyways we flew home as they said the car would be on the next barge north to Alaska. Over 2 weeks has gone by now and they STILL haven't even shipped the car off. I have called them relentlessly and most of the time they won't return my calls. When I do get thru to some one through to someone, they say it is scheduled to be on the next barge, so I call the freight liner and they tell me they have no reservations from Audi at all so im being lied to. This has happened 5 times now and every time they have a new excuse as to why they weren't able to ship it. My fiance is completely over this whole thing now as she sold her car as soon as we bought the new one cause they told us we would have the car 2 weeks ago so she has to walk to work now. All in all I think Audi makes a great car but I strongly encourage everyone car shopping so steer clear of Larson.

Stefan, eternet sales

I enjoyed my experience, starting with the test drive and tjs knowledge of Stefan. It was a great product which sold itsself, but it was very interesting to hear about the testing and engineering that it goes through. As far as overall, it is brand new so i have not experienced the service department get.

professional friendly staff

I found Look Larson while browsing the internet for an Audi. I requested a call from them online and received a call within 10 minutes inviting me in for a test drive, I scheduled a time to come in and was greeted by my salesman Peter, he was great from beginning to end without any high pressure, I left with my new Audi A 3 which I absolutely love. Thank you.

Larson Porsche

Recently I purchased a 2007 Porsche Cayman S and Clayton Griggs was the sales exec that was dealing with me. Clayton was as friendly, cordial, affable, knowledgeable as any salesperson I have ever encountered. He made my purchase a rather easy event. I highly recommend seeking him out when visiting Larson Porsche in Fife, WA.
