We were ready to buy the car. The original salesman was nice. I beleive his name was Nic. Nic left the room and a Business Manager entered the room. The Business Manager showed us a print out what the cost and monthly payments would be. On the print out he added over 5000.00 of warranty package without even asking us if we wanted to purchase it. That made me feel that they were trying to take advantage of us. He also gave us the run around when we asked if the price was negotiable. He just kept saying a bunch of nonsence to keep us there as long as possible. They took my key to my car to evaluate it for its "trade in" value. It was difficult to get my car key back. They will keep you there as long as possible hoping you will eventually give in to buying their car. It was a horrible experience. I will never walk in to that dealership again!

If you want to feel pressured to buy a car? Shop here. If you want to be trapped until you find a way to escape? Shop here. They practice the old school, sterotype sales tactics. Dont let them take your keys to your car. Its a pain to get them back. When the Salesman slipped in a $5000 warranty without mentioning that it is an option, I saw a red flag. When he said that he is the Business Manager and that he normally doesnt talk to customers, another red flag. They will say anything to keep you around as long as possible. I believe they think the longer he can keep you around the chances are better of getting you to buy the car. I kept saying Im no longer interested and I would start to leave, he would start going off with his mouth. I went home angry because I allowed them waste my evening with them.

Great customer service
I had a great experience with Richard Ewing. Explained to me the tax credit on my trade in and got me in an A4. Great customer service. Hard to find these days.

Lost my business
I was never at the dealership. Never will be, I had cash in hand to buy a particular car and they didn't bother to return my emails or phone calls. I bought a similar car from one of their competitors.

Larson Audi was very responsive to my request for information on a used 2012 Audi Q5 Prestige vehicle that I found using CarGurus. I had limited time to come see the vehicle as I was traveling from out of the area and they quickly arranged visit and test drive of the vehicle. Once I decised to pruchase the car they worked very quickly to arrange fiancing and prep the car so that I could leave with the vehicle that day. My wife and I found the experince with Larson very professional and would strongly recommend this dealership to others.
