Kenny was a breath of fresh air. He was super attentive and did not pressure my mom at all. She was in need of a used car and he was able to get her into the vehicle of her choice in one day. My mom is not tech savvy and he was extremely patient and supportive of her. Justin was wonderful too!! He gave her a good discount for her warranty. Overall we had a great experience!!!

Explain this to me. Why do I have to pay a $180 diagnostic fee when start stop function not working when Honda has outstanding update for system. Even if their "testing" stated the battery was bad (car still starting ok). To replace battery on 2021 CR-V ended up costing $570. Just know who you are working with.
