I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. Eli, was fast and very responsive to my needs. He gave me a test drive and I was sold. I probably could have negotiated a little bit more but he was not pushy, I appreciate that and was happy with the deal. Hopefully during these times some of that extra makes it in his pocket.

Angie did a marvelous job of selling us on purchasing the RAV4. I only went by to show my wife the vehicle that I saw on an earlier visit to the parts department. After being introduced to Angie, she took it from there in showing my wife the vehicle and going over everything answering all questions, features with hands on with her demonstrating how each worked. Sales manager stepped out and stated sell these folks a car. That put the cap on the sale. She did such a job that we ended up buying a car when i only wanted to show my wife what I had seen earlier. A job well done by this salesperson!!
