This is our second vehicle purchase in 2 years and we did not hesitate to go back to Fred Anderson. Our salesman Richard Covington was forward thinking and found out what we wanted and had a demo available when we arrived. He also sent pictures in advance and kept in touch throughout the process and ensured our drive from Fayetteville was not in vane.

I had my tacoma serviced here and they did change the oil
I had my tacoma serviced here and they did change the oil properly. I needed warranty work done and they would not even look inside the door panel to see why door handle was getting loose. Also my radio makes noise to the person talking to me on my radio. they stated Toyota is not known to not have good bluetooth and it might cost them 1500 dollars. I said I paid 40,000 thousand and I want it fix. they did not do anything for me. plus on my way out a smart xxx told me have a nice day. I'll never buy a car or have service there ever.

Took truck in for routine maintenance.
Took truck in for routine maintenance. 5000 mile Oil change, tire rotation, etc. They didn't do the oil change even though they're the ones who told me to come back at 5000 miles. They charged me $35-$40 for the rotation (not too unreasonable) but then charged me OVER $50 for CABIN AIR FILTER! I could have walked across the street and picked on up for under $20. Complete rip-off. This is predatory and dishonest pricing. I'll be back for my free oil changes, but those thieves will never see a penny of my money. I'll drive as far away as necessary when I trade in, just to NOT buy from them.
