Informative and Patient

The team was patient as we listed the items to have in the car with our desired color. They were informative to let us know the cost difference if we chose different items. The team was friendly and professional. It was one of the best experiences ever when buying a car.

I brought my car in for multiple reasons and none were...

I brought my car in for multiple reasons and none were taken care of. My car squeaks my CD player looks for a CD Ma cap for my tire last time y'all put air in it was not replaced it had not been taken through the car wash as I had requested and the transmission is still messed up so no I was not pleased

Completed the Sequoia air bag recall work in 1/3 time...

Completed the Sequoia air bag recall work in 1/3 time service check-in person advised. Was told 1.5 to 2 hrs. Actual was about 30 minutes.

Went in today to lease a vehicle which is priced at...

Went in today to lease a vehicle which is priced at $44,00. Also it had a discounted online price. Once I clicked on there discounted price it showed the vehicle with all their fees included, pricing the vehicle at $38,000. So I decided to proceed forward to lease the vehicle since it’s at a good price and proceeded the paperwork. Soon to find out they were not giving the full discounted price and selling the vehicle at 42,000 instead of 38,000. The Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford lives up to that expectation with a customer-first approach, for my scenario it was not customer first approach and does not value or keep their word. Fred Anderson Toyota say they honor their internet price which they don’t at all.

Eli was good salesman.I found vehicle was dirty on all door jams and under hood and trunk.Service and sales dept was good,But Eddie in finance was Very SLLoowwww. !!
