Got what I wanted.

Got what I wanted. Sales staff were attentive and respectful. This was the second Subaru that I purchased from this dealership. I was pleased to find that the tariffs courtesy of our current president were not passed along on my purchase.

I met with Joseph Rossman for the Encore Delivery session. He was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of the Forester. He did a great job, and I appreciated the time he took to explain things.

Bryan was a very efficient and friendly sales advisor. He spent a lot of time with me finding the exact car I wanted. the next day I met and worked with Tushar, he helped me to finalze my choice in a Forester with the options I wanted. He took his time and was very caring. He walked me through every step of the way in my purchase. He made me feel very comfortable with my purchasing experience. They make a good team. I enjoyed his session and learned a lot. He answered all I need and question that I asked him. I'd be able to enjoy mu new CrossTrek more than I expected.

Great experience with the guys at Hendrick Subaru. Love the new Outback. Joseph Rossman showed me some new tricks with the tech that I hadn’t seen in our older Subaru’s.

Buying a new car is never a really fun time but the

Buying a new car is never a really fun time but the experience at Subaru was not entirely unpleasant. Have to say their customer support is a 10+. Love my new car and it’s my first Subaru (always had Toyota’s and Honda’s and VW’s and Fords) and I am never going back! No other dealership tried so hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable and educated about my purchase. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership so far has been honest and very responsive. Haven’t done service yet but I anticipate it will also be awesome.
