Joesph was great.

Joesph was great. He taught us things we didn’t know about the outback. He also knows people learn by showing them and letting them do it. It was an excellent session thanks to Joesph

I had not planned to purchase a car in 2025 but the

I had not planned to purchase a car in 2025 but the transmission went on my 2015 Forester. I decided to buy a new Outback rather than spending 10K on a new transmission. I used the Costco Auto Program and was directed to contact Carl Diederich. He was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and did not pressure me into buying a car. I feel good about my decision and love my new car!

I was kindly helped by Ethan Lm and the service team. After leaving my car there for a day and a half for a plethora of long-awaited car repairs, I left with a smooth ride. Communication with the advisor was easy. Definitely satisfied with the experience.

My experience working with Chris on finding and buying my

My experience working with Chris on finding and buying my WRX was very easy and resulted in me ending up with just the right car. There was not any pressure to choose a specific car, and the price negotiation was clear and fair. I wish all my car buying experiences had been this good. The dealership also had a very good selection of different trim levels and Chris took the time to explain the differences in options, going well beyond the obvious ones such as sunroofs. After the sale, Joseph did a great job of explaining all the electronic features and was able to get me to tailor some options to make the car more driver friendly and enjoyable. I was happy to learn how to turn radar cruise control into traditional fixed speed cruise control. I will definitely return to this dealer first the next time I need to purchase a car.

I?ve been scheduled to bring in the car to have the

I?ve been scheduled to bring in the car to have the battery checked because a couple of times I had trouble starting and I?ve had battery problems on and off with the Subaru since I bought it in 2017. Some of the problems were handled by warranties, this was not one of those times. So, the day before I was to go in my key got stuck in the ignition. So not being able to get out of the car and go home, I drove over and left it with them and all was addressed within a couple of days. A very thorough inspection of the car revealed a couple things that needed to be done and a few things that will need to be done. Love the curated video from the repair specialist. It really makes understanding what?s going on a lot easier. Loved everything about the experience except the cost. That?s always the case with this car. Some of that is my fault because I insist on having everything done at Subaru.

Joseph Rossman did an outstanding job teaching my wife

Joseph Rossman did an outstanding job teaching my wife and I how to operate our new 25 Ascent Touring on 8 April 25. He was very through in explaining all of the options and how they can be used. Outstanding employee. Chris Lowery did an outstading job in setting an installation time on 8 April 25 for my trailer hitch. Same was completed in a timely manner and was installed professionally. We were given a loaner vehicle to use durling the installation. Hendrick Subaru is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Staff values their customers
