I met with Joseph Rossman to go over the tech features in

I met with Joseph Rossman to go over the tech features in my new 2025 Crosstrek 1 week after purchase. Coming from owning an older car and being a first-time Subaru owner and unfamiliar with many features, he was very helpful and patient in explaining all the features and answered all of my questions. Interestingly enough, less than a week later when trying to start my car from home, the car dashboard lit up like Christmas, engine wouldn't start/turn over, and air was blowing. I had to force off by holding the ignition button down for several seconds. I called Joseph as I had no idea what was happening, and he actually drove over to my house (very short distance from the dealership) and jump-started my car (bad battery suspected). Sure enough, I immediately drove over to the dealership and Service confirmed it was a bad battery after diagnostics. The battery was replaced, and so far my car is acting normal again so hopefully the battery was indeed the only issue. A note for anyone purchasing a vehicle--new or used--is to request a battery check or even ask for a new battery to be installed before taking the car. I had no idea this could happen with a new vehicle, and I was shocked to say the least as I had my car for less than 2 weeks when this happened (and not user error/e.g. no dome light left on). I give five stars 100% to Joseph for going above and beyond to help me. Thanks so much Joseph!!

I had a great experience at Subaru!

I had a great experience at Subaru! My salesperson, Brittany was wonderful and got me a great deal on a great vehicle. Joseph Rossman, my Encore delivery specialist was also so knowledgeable and helpful in teaching me all the special gadgets my car has that I would otherwise look past. I greatly appreciate them both and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru.

I recently purchased a new Outback from Southpoint

I recently purchased a new Outback from Southpoint Subaru. My team, Shadi Jaber and Joseph Rossman in sales and Chris Kulis in finance, were outstanding. Knowledgeable, professional and SUPER GREAT customer service. It was my second Subaru purchase in less than a year and having used both Shadi and Joseph in my previous purchase, it was an obvious choice to go back to them again. Shadi knows his cars and Joseph is the "everything you need to know about its operation, bells and whistles". I highly recommend this team of professionals and this dealership. Over the last 30+ years I have purchased 8 new cars, all at Hendrick dealerships in the Triangle.
