Worked with Jeremy Smith to purchase my new Outback and Joseph Rossman has done a Superb job of teaching me many of the hi tech features on the car. It’s complicated for an older driver but Joe’s been great!! Really respect this dealership.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from your dealership. After receiving quotes from both a private mechanic and another Subaru dealer, I brought my car to you for a diagnosis. You correctly diagnosed and solved the problem at a far better price than I had received from the others. in addition, my service advisor. Ethan kept me continually informed and arrange shuttle transportation twice. I will be back!

Our experience with Subaru and their approach to the

Our experience with Subaru and their approach to the customer during and after the sale have been excellent. And, specifically, Keke as the sales agent and Joseph as the “Encore Delivery Specialist” both executed that approach. Keke went over and beyond after sale, helping us get additional accessories. Joseph was a good teacher, taking the time to carefully explain the important features. He was thoughtful about introducing the features that would meet our needs. We could not have asked for better.

Can’t say enough good things about the Subaru Southpoint experience, especially with Ethan and the Service Department team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and look forward to owning more Subarus from Hendrick Southpoint in the future!

I just purchased my second Suburu from Hendrick.

I just purchased my second Suburu from Hendrick. Victor is a wonderful sales person, making the purchase of the car a great experience. Today we had a follow up with Joseph. Outstanding customer service. Joseph explained everything about the car clearly and with a lot of patience. We went over some of the apps several times until I was sure I could use them on my own. We left with his number to call with any follow up questions. I highly recommend this dealership.
