Outstanding and compehensive expertise is what you'll receive in your interactions with Joseph Rossman and Michael Brown. Beginning with the initial sales process (Michael Brown) to the decision point and the post-sales walkthrough (Joseph Rossman) of the features and benefits of the new vehicle, you'll quickly recognize these two reprensentatives of Henrich Suburu deliver the highest levels of customer service that warrants acknowledgement and laudatory commentary. You are in hands of employees who make the "engine" work. Kudos to them , and to the people who had the wisdom to hire them!!

I and my partner have had many vehicles through

I and my partner have had many vehicles through Hendrick’s and always used them for service going back over three decades. Subaru has been my favorite for the last 38 years. The dealership has a hard working staff and I have worked with Chris Lowery for the last two, an Outback (always had Foresters before) and my new electric Soltara. With both the Outback and Soltara I had the pleasure of spending several hours with Joseph Rossman learning how to use the features of each car. When I had any questions about the Outback a quick call to Joseph solved them! And that experience has given me great confidence in buying an electric car. I cannot recommend this dealership and especially Chris and Joseph highly enough.

Treated in a courteous and friendly manner. Met many team members and Subaru customers. The latter gave unsolicited testimonials about how much they LOVE their Subarus. Tushar Shende was our Sales Advisor and Joseph Rossman was our Encore Delivery Specialist. We enjoyed working with both of these gentlemen.

I was in the market for a new car and happened to be around Hendrick Subaru. Subaru's were initially not on my list, but from the first time I stepped in till I finished buying the car, I was blown away with how the dealership walked me through the process. Everyone was great - but Jim Long was special. He understood what I needed and helped through and through. Ace person to have in the team! Thoroughly enjoyed the entire process!
