    I had a terrific purchasing experience for a one year old pre-owned vehicle with a trafe on my four-year-old BMW. My sales representative did a great job, never pressing, extremely accommodating and informative. The business end was also extremely well-handled. I was entirely satisfied with the whole experience.

    Excellent, friendly, honest service from Chris Kinkade and Matt. Chris is experienced and knowledgeable, but more than that he's kind! I hadn't driven a standard car in a while and let's just say that was evident from the get go. Chris's response during the test drive: he gave me what amounted to a driving lesson, with encouragement, and solid advice. He made me feel relaxed and confident. I'm excited to drive my new 2017 Crosstrek, and even more excited to know I have the support of an outstanding crew!

    I purchased a used 2013 Nissan Frontier at Performance Subaru in Durham today. Let me just say, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had!! Carl Diederich was my sales associate and he was so professional. He was friendly and kind, a very low stress environment for sure. He gave me the information about the vehicle, answered all of my questions, and then let me make the decision about the truck purchase. There were no sales gimmicks or high pressured sales tactics. Very refreshing !! Will Priest was my financial rep. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was so helpful and accommodating to us during the entire process!! I walked away from the whole experience very please with my purchase and thankful to Carl and Will for ALL of their help and ease of purchase. Thank you Brenda Osburn

    I had a recent excellent experience at Performance Subaru, Chapel Hill NC. The sales professional, Debois Thompson, was extremely articulate and knowledgeable about the Volvo which I purchased. Mr. Thompson was very responsive to the issues at hand, i.e my need for a safe, affordable and reliable car for my young son. Equally, Mr. Thompson was quite responsive to my son's needs, i.e. a sports car with classic lines and a stick-shift. I was very impressed by Mr. Thompson's ability to carefully listen, to appreciate the different needs of a son and a mother and to strategize to find a solution. I believe that responsiveness and a trustworthy manner in employees are the foundation of a successful organization. Mr. Thompson embodies these special attributes.     HONESTY is the first thing that comes to mind. The staff is super friendly. And, I appreciate them not trying to add on charges for unnecessary repairs. They provide timely service. And, they offer options if the work will take a little longer. Truly thankful for such a great dealership. I have no problem driving from Garner to Chapel Hill for service even though there are closer Acura dealers.

    Both the sales team (Scott) and service team (Cam) are wonderful. Scott got us an excellent deal on a 2017 MDX Advance series and Cam got my 2006 RL serviced perfectly so I could pass an inspection. Can't wait for the 2018 TLX to come out for our next Acura. Daughter loves her 2016 ILX Tech seris too. Finance team is the best around. Overall a great team.

    This is a first-class operation. Our purchase of a 2017 Forester could not have been a better experience. All of the staff we met, from the manager to the service people, were totally courteous and professional -- not a whiff of high pressure or charlatanism. Most exceptional was our salesman, Tristan, who was not only extremely knowledgeable about cars in general, but was extraordinarily patient and helpful in guiding us through the various trims and features available to us. The result was we not only purchased a great car at a fair price (they honored our TrueCar discount and were otherwise flexible), but fully enjoyed the process of doing so. We will not hesitate to return to this dealer in the future. Paul C.

    Prompt call back. Car was posted on-line, but did not pass their inspection and not put on sale. Documentation fee is high than most.

    We recently purchased a used Highlander from Performance Subaru. We were very pleased with the process from Salesman to the Financial Officer, it was a smooth Streamline transition, Unlike other dealerships, Performance did not try the hard sale of the Warranty and Environmental packages. We were out of the financial portion of the sale within 30 minutes. Other dealerships, it has taken well over an hour to get through this process. The Salesman (Debois Williams) was great to work with, no hard/pushy sales talk. He was courteous and showed us the cars we specifically interested in. If he did not know a question on the vehicle, he either contacted staff or looked it up for us. Mr. Williams was very knowledgeable on the product and an asset to Performance Subaru. Most of the cars we were interested in, Performance was offering at the low end of Kelly Blue Book. We felt comfortable with the deal with minimum negotiation. We were very pleased with Performance Subaru and will consider buying from them again.
