I called and was told to bring My Truck back so that management could take a look at the Damaged Grille. All the staff did was argue with Me and made Me feel terrible..I just bought this vehicle in 2025. While speaking with Male employee I was inappropriately touched on My left thigh twice and My back..I reported this incident to management but they acted like it didn't matter..it mattered to Me. I was treated terrible and no one showed any respect after this Touching incident happened..

I’ve bought 14 vehicles from Kenly Ford. The first one in 2011 great experience every time! Lee Whitlow is honest and easy to work with. The entire staff is first class.

Way past due review - I bought a used 2007 F-150 with around 13,000 mi. in late 2007 or early 2008 at Kenly Ford. I drove it for a month or 2 and every time I was at low speed and turning, normally in a parking lot; I had a loud power steering noise and I could feel it in the wheel (no power steering). I took it to be repaired and I think they did absolutely nothing. I should have driven it around in their parking lot when I left but I trusted the people telling me it was fine and the people doing the work, had done the work. I still have the vehicle and it still whines in tight parking lots every time I turn the wheel. It does fine at speed...just in parking lots it sucks. 13 years later.....I'm looking at replacing the power steering pump....something I mentioned to 2 people at Kenly Ford years ago. By the way....today I have just over 70,000 on this truck...so it's not wore out, other than the power steering pump that was probably wore out when new (under warranty).

A Ford dealership on Rt 95 in Kenly that deals honestly and with integrity. Using cars.com I found the 2016 Mustang covertible with the color and options I was looking for. I contacted Joe Husick, their internet sales person as I'm located an hour away from Kenly Ford. Joe quickly responded to my email answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. We discussed my trade and what it would be valued at. I drove to Kenly to see the car and it was exactly how Joe described it. He offered me the value we discussed for my trade and I bought the car on the spot. The folks at Kenly are honest and nice people. It was well worth my drive and I would look at Kenly in the future for my cars. My Mustang convertible puts a big smile on my face every time I drive it and it didn't cost me a fortune.

I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT from Joe Husick at Kenly Ford yesterday. Four things that made all the difference: (1) I did not feel pushed or pressured or rushed at any point during the visit. That is a big deal to me. (2) Joe Husick worked hard to make our trade-in value fit what he had quoted me over the phone. After he pointed out the wear and tear, it was easy to see it wasn't worth as much as we all thought. But he did his best to match the number he told me earlier and he came very close to it. (3) Husick went out of his way to help me move and install two huge Britax carseats into the vehicle for the test drive (that is no easy task). He was very attentive to installing them just right. I was shopping without my husband (he's a Marine) with an infant and toddler in tow, and Joe Husick helped me out a ton. He helped way more than he had to. (4) Everyone at Kenly was very friendly toward my kids. My toddler kept wanting to walk around the new car floor and all the gentlemen up there were very kind to her. The business manager was super sweet and patient while my kids were boucing around and making all sorts of noise. Nobody judged me when my kids were crying at different points. Overall, we had a VERY good experience at Kenly. I highly recommend it.

Had a great experience with Kenly Ford this past Saturday 12/10 when I bought by new F-150. I dealt with David and he was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Ford. They seem very down to earth and knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell.

After looking at the Kenly Ford website, I completed an email inquiry and was contacted by Johnny Jackson in less than 24 hours. Mr.Jackson was very helpful and not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable about Ford products and helped me narrow down my options. He was honest and straightforward and found me a great rate for financing. Milly in finance was very efficient as well. Best of all, the car that I purchased was a great price!

What a horrible sales manager. Arrogant and I felt like he was talking down upon me, like he thought he was better than me. That's OK though b/c I can buy anywhere I want. I seriously doubt this manager can say that.

I would like to say thanks for the polite and caring service from all that were at the dealership. They all worked as a team to make sure that we had all of the information that we needed for the vehicle that we purchased. They all worked with us to make this happen. It was a pleasant experience for us to do business with them. You don't get this from large dealerships. The price and quality was also very competitive. I have never purchased a Ford before but between my experience with this dealership it will not be the last. Thanks to all those involved.
