Buyer Beware! This dealership has absolutely NO integrity. We signed the paperwork to put a deposit down on a vehicle, though it was Saturday night, and no one was there to run the deposit. After another test drive on Sunday, we had an appointment at 4:30 p.m. Monday to finalize the deal. By mid-morning Monday, they sold the car out from under us - even after we called and said to run the deposit (which we were told suddenly they could not run when they claimed they could have on Saturday - if someone had been there to run it). No apology or taking responsibility for the horrific treatment. Before that, we had been traveling out of our way to be customers in the service department. We will NEVER go back to this dealership. They are money-focused, not customer-focused.

Inquired about a Honda Accord and Kuulei was able to help us out. She was so informative! She let us test drive the cars we were interested in, let us take our time, answered any questions, and by the end of the day we had decided on a car! She made the whole process effortless and made us feel so comfortable. I would recommend her if you're looking for a new car! Thank you so much for everything Kuulei!

Love this dealership. Went in without appointment for wheel alignment, brakes and tire pressure. The took me right in and was done at the estimated wait time. Got a car wash too!! Also love the waiting area as I got to fulfill my coffee kick and catch up on the news.
