WONDERFULL, FRIENDLY

THE STAFF AT CLASSIC FORD IN SMITHFIELD GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY AND RETURNING. THEY ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU FROM PRIOR VISITS WHETHER IT BE FOR SERVICE, LOOKING OR JUST VISITING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER POTENTIAL PURCHASERS.

Classic Ford made the process quick and easy

I recently was in the market for a new car. I sent out several dealer inquiries with the specifics I was looking for. Although I received several responses, Yolanda at Classic Ford was the only one who actually attempted to find the car *I* wanted, instead of steering me towards cars already on the lot. I worked with Jacqueline and Jamil to arrange pricing and have the car transferred to the Classic Ford lot. The whole process was smooth and the team was very professional. I have bought 2 cars from Classic Ford in the past, and if we decide to upgrade again, we'll try Classic Ford first.

Excellent Sales and Finance Team

I came into the dealership with the "attitude" I will not sit here for HOURS to get a car. I have been looking since November of 2015. I have purchased cars from here in the past. A couple of years ago, I had a bad experience in there, so I was just trying to sneak in and sneak out! Well Jacque came up to me, she was so nice and not pushy. I told her what I wanted, she took my information, she only called me the next day to see how she could help. I told her that we wanted to sell our 2002 Ford Sport Trac (cry cry) she said let me come get it, and tell you what we can do. I said this is what I want and I proceeded to tell her the figures. They called me back the next day, said come in, we have your paperwork ready to sign and we have it exactly as you want. To my wonderful surprise, it was BETTER than I could want and with the savings I was able to purchase an extended warranty and Gap insurance to fit my budget. She had me in and out of there and I was so happy. BEST Car Dealership experience in my lifetime of buying cars and being a sales person! Thank you for Jacque and all the wonderful finance people!

Ford Edge Purchase

I purchased a new Edge and had a great experience. All the sales people and finance person were very friendly and attentive. They did their best and managed to get everything worked out perfectly.

Truck purchase....

My wife and I needed a turck to haul a newly purchased travel trailer. We knew we wanted a Ford so during the Holiday Sale we checked out the reviews of Ford Dealers in our area an found Classic Ford's to be well above average. Our sales person, Daimon, was personable, professional and knowledgeable. Chuck, the sales manager of the day, was also very helpful. We found a truck and the sale went through without a hitch. The next morning while reading the owners manual something seemed amiss. I went on line to Fords towing recomendations to find that the truck that we had purchased had the wrong towing package for our trailer. Daimon happened to be off that day so I spoke with Chuck who checked everything out and, with the help a few others, found a very similar turck with the proper towing package and had it delvered to Smithville. A couple of days later my wife and I drove back to Classic Ford and made the switch. I'm sure that the mistake was as much our fault as the dealership, but the fact that they took the time and energy to make things right was impressive. Pleasant and painless

The entire sales experience was pleasant and painless. I was not planning on buying, just looking to see what was out there. The next thing I knew I was signing papers and walking out the door with the keys to a new F-150.

I have been a customer of Classic Ford for several years. Have always been satisfied with them. Everyone is always very courteous & friendly.. I feel Lewis Allen is a salesman that I can trust & appreciate his help over the years. For me Classic Ford is a dealer I would recommend.
