Great Experience

My wife and I hand an amazing experience from beginning to end. Salethea, Jennifer, and TIm made us feel welcome and kept us updated throughout the whole car buying process.

Best Service/ Relationship with Saleman

Outstanding service from Salesman Monty!!!!! Wonderful experience! I took my previous purchased from this dealership 2014 Ford Fusion and left with my 2015 F150 4x4! Monty is amazing with communication skills with his customers! He took the stress away from stepping into a bigger vehicle and was a pleasure to work with. In another 3-5 years I will definitely continue my relationship with Monty and Classic Ford. Jamil is absolutely wonderful as well. This guy knows his stuff and helped my fiancee and I once again. This place has such a wonderful family atmosphere. I am very pleased. My first purchase was with Salethea and my latest was with Monty! So Happy!!!!!

Monty is the man!

I absolutely loved my experience with classic ford. It is my second vehicle purchase from this particular dealership. Monty was helpful, fun to do business with, and funny. Absolutely wonderful personality. Anyone I spoke with during my time there knew me by name every time I visited and went out of their way to speak to me. Absolutely wonderful customer service. The sales manager Jamil even remembered myself and my mother from our last purchase over a year ago. Great place to buy a vehicle and they will definitely do all that they can to work with you!

Diamon is good to go!

Fair to good With items not working that are expensive to fix. Items on the window list not in the truck. The limit on this is ridiculous.

exceeded my expectation

My experience with Lewis Allen and his team at classic ford was a great and hassle free experience. I went into the dealership and told Lewis what i was looking and the payment i wanted to be at and he went to work. The team at classic ford bent over backwards trying to make this deal happen on a 2010 ford escape. They worked very hard on getting me into this suv and i am now a proud owner of a 2010 ford escape. thanks to lewis allen and the team at classic ford of smithfield

Experience wasn't as great as the first, but was very decent

Walked out with a new car that I feel is better than my previous vehicle that I also purchased from this dealership. By no fault of the sales team, the first car I purchased was, what I would call, the "dud" year for that model. Interactions with my salesperson this time around was mostly pleasant besides a brief, semi-pushy interaction when I did not agree with the estimated payments. She did, however, get me to payments that were manageable and the deal was done. The lady I dealt with in finance was very pleasant and made the act of signing my name over a dozen times as painless as possible. The experience overall was very decent.

No pressure, fantastic experience!

Everyone involved was friendly and very helpful! We got a great interest rate, maintenance plan, and a NEW car! Our salesman; Daimon Rawlinson was patient and understanding of our situation.

Great experience. Would buy from again and again.

Went to the dealership not expecting a new truck with a used truck budget. After much hard work done on the part of the salesman and the manager, I was surprisingly able to get the brand new truck I really wanted on a budget that was non negotiable. I cant say enough for the extended time, effort, and work put in by the staff to get me in the truck best fit for me and my family. The entire staff were friendly and made you feel at home. Very pleased abs will certainly return for future vehicle needs and refer friends and family.

Great experience!!!

Even though I was nervous and I actually cried when I made the deal for my new car..overall, it was a great experience at Classic Ford in Smithfield.. My Sales Consultant Lewis Allen was amazing!!! He went leaps and bounds to get the best deal for me. As I left Classic Ford in my brand new car, I knew I made the best decision all thanks to Lewis!!! Thank you Mr. Allen!!

finally....a really pleasant auto shopping experience

Sidney Lowe listened...a rare trait. He brought me three choices to experience and drive...no pressure, no hassle. I ended up purchasing a vehicle fairly different than what I went expecting to purchase. I give Sidney credit for presenting me with a choice outside my given preferences. It ended up being the perfect vehicle for me. The whole Classic sales team made me feel welcomed and valued. Big thanks as well to Jennifer Hedgepeth for ensuring I got a great financial deal and presented and helped me make decisions about additional coverage options. I drove home my vehicle with a full tank of gas and a big smile on my face. Classic is where my previous vehicle got it's service, and so will my new one....a great service team...and Ford Owner Rewards....awesome ! Classic Ford in Smithfield....awesome job !
