Classic Ford

Classic Ford Lincoln was the best car dealership I have been to. They treat you with respect and do not push you into any car. They listen and answer any and every question you have, The customer service is EXCELLENT. If you are in need of a new or used car , I recommend asking for Sidney or Cassandra . Classic Ford Lincoln beats the other dealerships hands down.

My experience with Classic Ford of Smithfield was good. Customer service was good and my monthly payments are somewhat around the price I was looking for. My only complaint is that I recently found out that I would have to pay property taxes on the car in order to get my sticker for my tags. Now it may not be required by law for the dealership to inform the customer (me) that the law has changed, but it would be good customer service to inform your future buyers that in a few weeks they will have to pay property taxes on their new purchase in order to get their sticker. That way they can be prepared to pay $265. To me it just seems like a little deception was involve and because of that I am highly dissatisfied. All I'm saying is that I could have been informed by someone at the dealership about the property taxes and tags.

My father and I were in getting his truck washed and as we were waiting we just started looking around. Lewis came out to talk to us and I ended up bringing my car up and leaving with a Brand New Ford Focus Titanium. Lewis was friendly, he did not push anything on me, and he was very knowledgeable on the cars I looked at. I give him two thumbs up and would come back to him anytime.

Folks at this dealership are very friendly and easy to work with it was a very good experience. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

My buying experience at Classic Ford of Smithfield was very positive. We gave the sales person (Lewis Allen) our financial perimeters and he went to work trying to stay within our means, never making us feel that we should settle for something outside our budget because the dealership was coming down to try to meet us "half way". Lewis shot us the straight numbers and never made us feel uncomfortable during the process. The final outcome was a reasonable monthly payment on the kind of vehicle I was looking for.
